Hot tub was out of order. Sad. Did not have a shower curtain in our room.

We were to be on second floor, I asked if we could have the first floor. She was happy to accommodate us and our room had a huge jacuzzi tub. The king size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and very good.

We checked into our hotel room, and upon arrival we noticed the toilet water was very high (to the rim), and the toilet was broken. We immediately notified the front desk. They gave us a plunger, and towels, and said “We have no other rooms available, you can use this, or you’ll have to stay somewhere else.” Shortly after fixing their broken toilet they told us they had one room left to move us too, but that it had recently flooded. They mentioned that they haven't torn the floor up in the bathroom where the flood occurred. We asked to stay in the original room, but the woman at the desk said no. There was an obvious mildew smell when we entered the room, and it was quite humid. There was sewage water/stains in-between the cracks/buckling of the flooring. The following morning, upon check out, we notified the woman at the front desk about the condition of the floor in the room (123), and she smiled, barely withholding her laughter at us. She refused to give us a full, or partial refund. It was very unprofessional. Our stay at Quality Inn was less than satisfactory, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For $220 I would spend your money somewhere else.

Our room smelled musty, chemically and gross, air conditioning had a moldy smell, hot tub didn’t work, bad breakfast even the toaster was broken. We were beyond disappointed

It's convenient to downtown (restaurants) and to Clarkstown (more restaurants 8 min. drive away). The dog bags are never empty.
I wish they had covered parking - Lewiston does get hot!

We stay here when we come to Lewiston. In an good area lots of eating establishments to choose from in walking distance. Susan who checks us in is very friendly and is a pleasure to talk to. Check in is quick and easy. Breakfast has good choices. The bed is comfortable. Only cons on this trip was bathroom tub very slippery. Need to upgrade furniture. Wall by door (sorry in advance for this) had a few bloody boogers.Other than that quite and relaxing.

Susan at the front desk was very friendly- offering suggestions for dining and things to do in valley.
Baseball tournament for colleges here and showed support for LC Valley. She was very organized and able to multitask as several groups came in.
She made the checkin process very smooth.

The jetted tub in the bathroom was old, cracked and not very inviting. Probably better to just remove and install walkin shower. It was a very unappealing feature and we chose to leave early without even using it as a shower. The hotel staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy.

The jacuzzi tub and shower were falling apart. The button on the jacuzzi tub fell off when pressed and the shower head kept falling off too. This property needs to do repairs on their rooms.
