Service, facilities, and breakfast

The staff was very accommodating. The front desk clerk Susan was great during our reservations, check in and during our stay. She was welcoming and we would stay there again.

My room was next to a "sprinkler control room" and it made very loud noise nonstop. I got very little sleep. When I complained to management they were apologetic but offered no solution.

I rented the room Becasue if the jacuzzi tub and it didn’t even work the nobody did anything to help. even tried emailing and got nothing back from the manager.

The room was very clean, well laid out and of a good size; breakfast was good. There is ample parking and the hotel is within walking distance of grocery stores and places to eat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although there is no elevator, there was an offer to assist taking bags upstairs. The hotel was very good value for money - I would stay again.

we had a first floor room. check in staff was friendly, check out staff listening when voiced my concerns about room

Disappointed!!! Need a lot of repair. sink slow drain, bath tub disgusting, caulking terrible, bathroom tub top edge was covered with a towel and bar of soap, when moved saw huge plastic crack.
