10/10 Staff was very warm and accommodating. Hotel was clean, quiet and inviting.

Please! Don’t waste your time on this Motel!! It is falling apart! Dirty, old. Everything is broken. Elevator, pool, toaster. You can’t call this breakfast including!! Really poor.

Pool water looked merkey and one of ours rooms smelled like mildew due to the air conditioner flooding the room. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, bread, toast every single day.

Could use some paint.

It was a fine stay. One room only had 1 wash rag.

The room was good with a fairly new bathroom. All the amenities worked well. The breakfast was very minimal.

Had a great time. They are making necessary repairs and definitely trying to fix it up. It's definitely got older aesthetics, but we were happy with the condition. Did not smell. The pool was clean and nice and cool. (We aren't fans of the heated indoor pools). Was not overpowered with chlorine. Our room was clean. Bedding was dingy but not dirty or stained, just older. Pillows were very comfortable. Bed wasn't comfortable nor uncomfortable, but just pretty basic with a light pillow top. Room was quiet. AC was working but blower was not very strong. They did however have several units in boxes ready to install, so this is part of their upgrades coming. It worked enough to keep our room cool plus we also had our own fan for noise that we just placed in front of the AC to help circulate the cool air. The breakfast was pretty minimal. Just biscuits and gravy, toast, and cereal. Juice and coffee too. The buscuits and gravy was good. I do wish they had a fruit option, but all n all we were fed. On a budget this was the perfect spot and we will return. $100 deposit required at check-in. (More if you have a pet I believe) We opted to pay this in cash, so we wouldn't have to wait for refund to card. At checkout we did a walkthrough of the room with the worker and got our deposit back before leaving. No issues at all. So if you notice any damage at check in, let them know right away. The employees were so kind. Even gave us extra towels when asked.

The parking lot and the breakfast area had some garbage but overall the property is pretty good! Pool works so there were kids and adults enjoying them!

Stay was fine to sleep. Clean overall did have a skunk smell

I did not care for this property. It was an older property and in my room there was broken tiles, hole in closet door, and crayon drawings on the door of closet. It is supposed to to have there was no hot food available. Cold cereal no milk

Not a family friendly hotel as advertised. The whole building was dirty, the rooms were never cleaned during our 4 night stay. Exterior doors were always propped open and hallways were full of empty alcohol bottles each day. The free breakfast was cheerios and fruit loops but often out of milk. The pool resembled a swamp smelled as such.

Breakfast was terrible, biscuits hard, gravy burnt. Room was semi cleaned but found candy box behind pillows, mirror was grosss

I really enjoyed my stay here it’s fairly quiet except when the kids come in baseball teams

Very dated and run down.

Room reeked of weed but we let front desk know asap so we weren’t charged for it. Bed was comfy but the couch was covered in gross stains. Only two towels given but we brought our own from home so not too big of a deal. Front desks girls very friendly and efficient.

Room and stay was fine. There is a $100 room incidental deposit (debit/cash) required at check in.

The bathroom was dirty and sheets had stains. We went down for breakfast at 730 and they had nothing. It was pitiful.

Our trip was very nice. The room was HUGE. Way bigger than I was ever expecting. The only issue I had was the toilet was very very low to the ground.

Awful stay. Very scary area and crowd surrounding the property (ski masks, drugs, alcohol, yelling). Room was dirty, burn holes in the bedding, loud hallways and other guests, very unpleasant sleep and stay.

The room had an unpleasant odor, room wasn’t clean, appeared to be dried vomit down the side of one of the beds, no wash cloths in the room, candy and other unknown items inside the heating/air conditioner.

The hallways and the elevator were really dirty. You could tell the elevator had not been swept or wiped down in a long time. Our bedding looked dirty. We could not tell if it was all just stained, or truly dirty. There were spots on our pillow cases, sheets and comforters.

First room was filthy, second room was filthy and reeked of mold. Third room was ok

The price per night was great and the pool looked very clean and appealing however I didn’t have time to enjoy it because of my trip itinerary.

Hallway smelled of chlorine from pool and other odd smells. Room was large, nice ceiling height but could hear upstairs room walking on floor at all hours. Sounds of water draining in pvc pipes in bathroom walls. This was a first floor room, maybe better experience on higher floor . . . Not great breakfast, good frig and microwave. Bed was poor, uncomfortable sheets, thin bedspread and no blanket to be found. Had to crank the heat. Didn’t sleep well here.

The sheets and blankets were all stained, the carpets were dirty, the sofa cushions were torn and falling apart and when wet, the bath mat turned yellow. That staff was okay, not rude but not polite. I was very concerned when they asked me for identification for my service dog, and when shown, they didn't really understand, making me feel they didn’t know the laws. The walls needed a paint job badly.
