Helpful staff, clean rooms. Whirlpool in first room not operational. Second room whirlpool worked, then discovered refrigerator did not. It was replaced next afternoon. Good breakfast offerings. could've used a second chair in a king bed room.

Wonderful bed, very clean. The toilet got clogged about the last hour we were there. We did not call the front desk as we were in a hurry. Other than that everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

No matter what cuisine you are looking for, it is within a 5 minute drive from this property. The rooms are nice and very spacious.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Overall the accommodations were nice, but we did notice the room had areas that could be cleaner (spots on the walls, broken glass on picture frame, dirty phone). It's the little things that give an overall impression of cleanliness.

The smell in my room was awful. I can't explain what the smell was. Luckily the window opened. There is mold above the bathroom door. There is mildew everywhere in the bathroom. The sheets were very scratchy. There was a piece of a cookie and a sock on the floor next to the bed. Writing this review makes me think I should never have stayed here.

This is a very clean and well-maintained place to stay. It's not fancy, but it's definitely family friendly, and that's what we were looking for. The person at the desk was very friendly and interested in our trip. Breakfast was good, but the best part was the lovely lady keeping the buffet stocked. She was very bright and chipper, and just a beautiful human being in general. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're through this area.

Cleanliness over all was really poor. Everything smells, the room, the aisles, the bedsheets. Carpets are not clean, you can’t even walk barefoot in your own room. Uncomfortable bed, bad pillows. Overall really disappointed.

The hotel had ants. I woke up in the middle of the night to find ants crawling on my children's bed. There was also ants in the bathroom. The beds were very hard to sleep in and it was hard for my children to get a good night's rest after the ant issue. I felt like they got better sleep on the hard stadium bleachers during their meet.
I did see a continental breakfast, however, we did not eat at the property. Seemed like others did enjoy it.
The gentleman who worked the morning shift at the front desk was always very friendly and polite.

Breakfast was very good the ladies that serve breakfast were very friendly and kept the eating area well stocked and clean. Rooms were clean as well as the lobby. Outside had a lot of trash and building mainteance was poor.

The staff at the front desk were very nice/helpful, however I got to the third floor where my room was located and the hallway smelled as if I was at a Dispensary. It was horrible and not fair to the other guests staying. I was exhausted, just got off work and had to come to that.
