This cleanliness of this property was very poor. There was hair all over the ceiling in the bathrooms. Hair in the bed when my wife and I first arrived, the hallways had a bad smell, and very sketchy characters hanging around it and the staff was not present at the front desk more than half the time. Anyone could walk in without consequence. I would not recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT BOOK!

They overbooked, I prepaid, they had no room and refuse to give a refund. They are thieves!!! Unprofessional, never recommend!!!

IT'S a nice and quiet place. Pet friendly,. It is a mini suite, with stove, Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, laundry area, workout room, dishes and more. No free breakfast. The down size it needs air freshener. Otherwise its a quier getaway.

Upon arrival a very rude employee greeted me with “I can’t check you in right now our system is down” and after asking her a few questions she refused to help me and literally walked away. Another very nice employee stepped in and had no problem checking me in. So tell me why one could help and the other refused. She has no business doing that job with her attitude.

It was our first time staying at a Sonesta hotel and we really liked it. Our stay was pleasant. The staff at the front desk was kind and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Would definitely recommend this place.

Clean and noisy , machines within the hotel were loud on and off every few minutes. The entire place smelled funny and the refrigerator smelled like old spoiled ranch dressing.

DEFINITION CANNOT RECOMMEND, upon walking into bathroom small critters on the floor also in the bath tub there was a small roach.
The entry way of the hotel is small and un inviting.
There was a pair of sock left from the previous people in the bathroom bottom drawer.
The cleanliness behind the bed was not good. And look like there was dried of rose petals behind bed on floor.
Caution staying here especially if you don’t want to bring any critters home
I took pictures .. but did not want to post because they are not pleasant.
I also asked front desk if cars were safe in parking lot and if they had surveillance and she said not in the parking lot (hmmm)

There was a strange smell coming from the room I was staying at and I assumed that device was just standard for their rooms but I lef it alone. I quickly went to a convience store down the road and bought an air freshner for the room because I couldnt bare the weird scent any longer. The hotel itself looks pretty outdated and is due for a renovation

It was a pleasant stay. I fell ill and had to request that my bathroom was cleaned. I wish the hotel was a little more modern, but overall my son and I had no issues while we were there and we would stay again.

We had to move rooms as the bathroom sink was falling off wall then were transfered to another room which bathroom sink was also wobbly. It was also leaking did report to staff but maintainace was off that day so had to wait another day. Also the towel rack fell off wall not screwed into the wall have images and are contacting corporate

Great place if you need access to a kitchen. Room was very clean when arrived. One remote was not there but for only a one night stay I didnt request a replacement. Quiet area and didn’t hear other guests.
