We felt honored to stay at such a wonderful INN. The price was less than other hotels and AIRBNBs in Annapolis. The room and the inn were wonderful. The staff was very helpful.

Rarely have I received service like this! They proactively texted me when my room was ready ...made sure I liked my room.....texted a link for me to request anything I needed....and texted a link so I could easily request my car when I was ready to leave.....highly recommend!

Love the hotel and stay here when I’m in town. Very happy to see the key system replaced, the old system was terrible. The WiFi still a bit slow for business and the room has no updated USB-C charging, no wireless charging and no clock. The staff is exceptional and that matters most!

Fantastic location and excellent customer service! Walking distance to USNA and downtown Annapolis. Housekeeping could have been a little more detailed in the service. Front desk was always super friendly as we came in and out of the hotel.

Outstanding stay! Both buildings (had to move halfway through due to construction) were comfortable and well cared for. Staff were very pleasant and easy to work with.

We had a lovely stay on the weekend of the Bay Bridge Run. Staff was very friendly and communicative. Rooms were comfortable. Each building was very close to Main Street.

Great room with everything in walking distance.

Place was historic and lovely. Comfortable room. Felt some updating is needed though - in room coffee machine hardly worked, bathroom grout needed cleaning. Noisy hallway. Received no housekeeping services while there unless asked for it.

The room was very sweet but a bit worn out. The bathroom window needs work. The only thing that could use improvement was the housekeeping. They took our used face cloths and never replaced them.

Our room was situated right next to a construction site with noises stating at 5 am If we were not on that side of the hotel I’m sure we would have had better nights of sleep Also our coffeee station had no cups but they did bring them to us than the coffee machine wasn’t working they did I replace it So we had a cup of coffee eventually but it was quite a length of time The next day when the room was cleaned they did not put any coffee or sugars creamers They had coffee in the lobby but not decaf so we had to go out for coffee We didn’t have a lot of time so we didn’t bother to call because the length of time it took the day to respond

Lovely 1 night stay in the Historic Inns. Love the location for Annapolis restaurants and shops- all within walking distance. Staff was great

Hotel was charming, staff was great, check in process a little inconvenient having to go to one location to check in while staying in another. It wasn’t very clear that they had multiple locations so I ended up being farther from where I wanted to be.

Good location. Wonderful stay. Great service. Room was nice, clean, comfortable, spacious. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Only complaint would be the water pressure for the tub.

Hotel is comfortable and service is good but don’t count on timely valet service. Maybe it’s great most of the time but not for me as I waited a while for my car and arrived late to a meeting.

We had stayed at the Calvert House on a previous trip and had issues with the door lock. However, we wanted to give it another try because the location is perfect for walking everywhere in Annapolis. That said, we won't be going back for a 3rd visit. The first day we had to ask to have the bathroom cleaned again due to hair on the back of the door, not enough towels for 3 people in the room and a really dirty vent. The next day we had to ask the front desk to have housekeeping fill the shower soap as it was completely out, so we used the small bar from the sink. We skipped service one day at our request and then did not receive service the following day so we called and asked for towels. Some of the towels were not in great shape and we never had enough washcloths to go around. The kicker on the last day though was I asked at the front desk if they could open a bottle of wine for me and I was told I could buy an opener at CVS. Knowing they host functions all the time, seemed a little ridiculous that they couldn't offer to help on that one. I will say, the young lady that was on duty each morning and I didn't catch her name, was always willing to help and very courteous. Finally, I never did receive an email copy of the bill as promised.

Historical building with charm and comfort

We have stayed twice and love this hotel.

Room was not cleaned half the time, coffee and water not replenished, not near check on and no transportation provided to other site. Mattress had stains on it, shower curtain did not close.

The parking and valet program was confusing and was not explained well by the front desk receptionist.
