The place smelled weird and was not pleasant. The beds were hard to sleep in. The place was not clean at all. Had holes in the chair and sheets.

Inside the hotel and room is very clean and staff if frienly. Outside of the property feels a little sketchy because people are just hanging around, bummy like.

Very basic, no frills, place to rest. Rooms were clean, showers hot, and AC blasting cold air. However mini fridge did not work nor did the TV remote. Breakfast was nothing more than bagel, biscuit, cereal, or waffle. No protein, no fruit, no refrigeration.

looked like it was supposed to have a fridge but nothing in the space. I am glad that they finally gave us a bottom floor for my handicap husband

My stay was good. My room was clean and modern, no issues. Easy location to get to off the freeway. I did not have any issues with the hotel, seemed like a decent place to stay.

The staff were not very friendly. Cleaned up breakfast while people were still coming in at 925. They were children and the worker quickly moved all the food away. When I asked him to bring back food for the boys as it wasn’t even 930 they didn’t understand English. Or at least pretended. There was a poor variety of food for breakfast. The waffle iron cleaner is on the counter and people use it like spray Pam, but it’s a cleaner! Not food. There was little to no juice in the machine. The milk was left on the counter. No ice. No fridge. Our sink was clogged and didn’t drain. The shower poorly hooked up and most water didn’t make it to the shower head. Hot was on the wrong side. Carpets in the whole building dirty. No elevator.

I was traveling for business, and tried the hotel. There were a lot of sketchy, people out and about the parking lots, there were some sort of juice type stains on the closet walls, and in the morning when I wanted to shower, someone else’s hair was left in the shower… I won’t personally go back to this one.. it’s not a for females traveling alone hotel…

Even though the property was right next to the railway and just 2 blocks to the expressway it was quiet. I also liked that access to the inner corridor was by key card. Didn’t like that my room was adjacent to the ice machine. Foot traffic until 2am.(leaves you tired the next day.) Overall it was a pleasant experience and the room was updated and clean. Oh almost forgot loved the pictures in the room of different scenic spots of the valley.( nice touch):)

Staff is not so friendly and when we woke up theirs cockroach all over our food…

The bathroom door locks don't work, the towels are very small and stained, very few hooks to hang clothes, pool included when rented but not available

If you want a good experience or a good stay DO NOT stay here.

The worst experience my family and i have EVER had when staying at this hotel.. i honestly dont even know where to begin, the people who run the front desk are a complete nightmare. Disrespectful, mean and very racist people, i am assuming they might also own the hotel too but PLEASE AVOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

On the website it shows a pool and hot tub. Neither are available. The hot tub is said to be under maintenance, but it has been removed. The pool hasn’t had water in it for a long time. This is the whole reason we picked this hotel. The breakfast was waffles, bread, bagels, English muffins, 2 cold cereals, or oatmeal packets. Pick your carbogydrate. No fruits, no protein, no other yogurt, eggs, sausage, bacon, or anything else. Very disappointing.

We got a room that didn’t have ac & we called to ask for a room change,they sent maintenance up to look & they said it was fine & so the front desk said they couldn’t give us another room cause they were booked & the parking lot was half empty.. it’s not so great trying to sleep in 100 degree weather

Horrible they took forever to come to the desk the room they gave us due to a service animal was horrible burnt outlets in it broke door with crayon all over it walls dirty and the bed was so hard I felt like I was sleeping on a park bench

Staff would not let my daughter checkin, for an alreadt paid for room. They charged my card without providing the service paid for.

The customer service was very nice and the staff was very kind. The only thing is that the TV doesnt work, and there were a lot of these teeny tiny fruit fly bug looking things throughout the room. I think I killed about 20 or so.

Felt the area is unsafe and vehicle would be stripped

They kept my deposit bc I moved a chair and the bed for a little bit. They said that it took them 2 days to clean the room again which is lie bc it wasn’t that dirty except for the normal things. When I called to get my money back they insult me and yelled at me. Really bad service

This is nothing against the hotel at all. Shady people were handing around outside the hotel.

Room was clean and ac worked fine. Just the shower nozzle wouldn’t turn to cold so had to take a navy shower with scalding hot water pretty much.

The property is in a ghetto as part of town. There was trash all along the building in front of one of the entrance ways was a bottle of urine. I was getting dressed to go out for a little bit and noticed a cockroach crawling on the wall next to the sink. I went to use the laundry room that was supposed to be open at 6:00 but was still locked. I put quarters in twice before the washing machine work and three times before the dryer worked. When I asked for my money back the guy who claimed to be the manager told me he wasn't going to give me my money when I put the money in the dryer I was smart and took a video of it and showed it to the manager proving that I was not lying about putting money in the machine as he was hitting I was doing. The breakfast is nothing to jump at. A typical waffle maker juice machine toaster and two containers of stale cereal. They don't have packets of butter they have one giant bucket that everybody is supposed to use together talk about unsanitary. The beds are like sleeping on the floor they are hard as a rock. The towels are so small it's like wiping and drying with a washcloth. People sitting out front with their bags and backpacks. People yelling and making noise up and down the hallways. It's a typical cheap ghetto hotel. Pay a little more and definitely stay somewhere else.
