unfortunately upon arrival, we saw the pest control leaving the hotel. Check-in was okay. DO NOT be fooled by their advertising of "BREAKFAST". There was only yogurt, oat and pancake. The guy that was hired by the hotel to oversee the kitchen was so rude. He shouted at one of the customers, mom and son because they took more than 2 yogurts. He made her cry and cursed at her in ARABIC a language that happens to be my first but he did not know. So unprofessional by him. Also he was watching everyone what they take and the quantity. Doing so when they did not even buy proper food for people to have as breakfast. The next day, he did not even put yogurt in the fridge. SUCH A SCAM IN ADVERTISING. Highly suggest to go to another hotel if you find it at the same price.

As soon as we walked into the lobby, there was a musty smell, and our room had a musty smell as well, along with water stains on the ceiling. I noticed they had plug-ins up and down the halls to try to mask the smell, but they weren’t very successful. Everything else seemed pretty clean, but the motel could use some upgrading I think.

Don't go there. There is a very old building with bad staff. I reserved a suite for three people and there were only bed sheets and pillows for two. When I asked for more pillows, the receptionist said they didn't have any in a disrespectful way. While the hotel was almost empty. Breakfast was awful. Only waffles and coffee. Parking was unsafe.

It was a place to lay your head down at night. If you are looking at it from that perspective, it met the goal. The decor and fixtures could have used some updating, however, that is not a huge area of concern with me. My husband and I were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. There were several areas of concern that made us unhappy with our stay:
- There was a body hair in the sheets and also one in the hand towel.
-The floors were dirty in the hallways and stairwell.
-There was an open jar of Vaseline sitting on a chair in the entryway when we arrived. When we checked out the following morning, it was still there.
-There was an overwhelming smell of cleaning product, it seemed like it was trying to overcompensate for the dirty hotel.
There was a continental breakfast in the morning. It was pretty basic: fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereal, coffee, and juice.

At the very least it would have been at least a four star review but unfortunately there were some odd deafness or moisture in the room where our clothes were just damn no matter where we put them. Staff was fine, particularly the kitchen staff for the continental breakfast but concerns about the moisture issue and possible mold sort of, forget the pun, dampened our experience

Overall, it did the job. Much like the other reviews, it's a dated hotel. They do keep it clean but definitely in need of renovation. The bed was not comfy at all, my back was screaming at me the next day. The first day there was a strong smell of weed in the elevator was prevalent on the first day of our stay and in the hallway. The next day it wasn't as bad. You also had a welcoming committee hanging out front most of the time. At one moment we exited to go visit detroit, there was a lady in a mini bathrobe, had she bent over, we would have seen everything. Not used to seeing people hanging out front like that especially as hot as it was outside.

Staff was nice but thats all that was good. The rooms were dirty, super out dated, and the walls/ceilings were peeling off. We were on the 2nd floor and there was a spot in the floor that felt like you were going to fall through it. Overall, the hotel was nothing to be excited for.

To start the hostess at check in never greeted me, nor did she seem to care that she left me waiting for her to slowly make her way from the back when I came in. A simple “hi how can I help you” goes a long way in customer service. Next the hotel smelled really bad in the hallways/stairs and elevator. It smelled like cigarettes (yet I had to sign a contract agreeing to not smoke) and dirty feet. The room was clean enough but only had one towel for two guests and they made us bring the dirty towel down before they would give us anymore. There were obvious burn marks on the decor in the room, the smoke detectors looked corroded and the fire door at the stairwell doesn’t shut. All in all we got what we paid for and we definitely won’t be returning to this location.

AA little run down. Front desk staff was rude short and not interested in our comfort. Our bathtub would not shut off. It ran at half throttle when I tried to turn it off. I went to front desk and told them and was greeted with what do you mean it won't shut off. I explained it was running not dripping. So she walked off.

The lady at the desk was very rude the 2nd day I asked for towels and she was on her phone scrolling and when I asked she smacked her lips and made a noise and went real slow as if anybody was on her time she was very rude the rest of the staffs was very bice
