The entire place was disgusting. From the outside, to the reception area, to the halls, elevator, and even our room. The room we booked, way ahead of time I might add, was given away. They stuck us in a MUCH smaller room, with less beds. Drawers were literally falling off of dressers, there was crud on the chairs, the walls, and tables. Found several pills on the floor, so I know it wasn't vacuumed. The bed had hair on it from the previous people who stayed. No trash cans, no bathroom soaps, no kitchen utensils (description said it was all there. Pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls and cups) every cupboard was entirely empty. Not even a coffee maker or ice bucket. Most plugs didn't even work. Very very overly loud residents. The smell of Marijuana was overwhelming. When I awoke in the middle of the night to all the noise, of screaming, yelling, music, people literally running up and down the hall fighting and banging on walls, and our door continuously... ALL I could smell was pot in our room. People didn't watch their children either. I picked up and brought back in a baby, from outside, that had just wandered out, in nothing but a soggy filled up diaper. I sat there with the little guy for more then 20 minutes. What would have happened had I not been there!? I've never had such a sour experience with a hotel stay. In the end, they refused to give a discount for the smaller room, with less beds. I've tried for weeks to get into contact with them, and not one returned call. Argued with booking.com about the issues and problems. Denying all. Absolutely disgusting establishment, inside and out.
