Sam the manager was super nice and professional. Most of the staff were also very nice and professional, however, some were ignorant and even rude. Internet 🛜 wasn’t working properly - speed would drop to 0.45Mbps most of the time. So the manager offered me to work from business center and he said I can close the door 🚪 and it’s quiet 🤫 but when I was working there the receptionist and her friend who was sanding at the other end of the lobby were cracking jokes and laughing loudly. When I told them I am in a meeting 📅 and if they can be quiet 🤫 a bit “This is lobby!”, was all the receptionist told me. Electric cooktop doesn’t regulate. No matter you put high or low it’s the same temperature. Microwave smells and the light didn’t work. Noise - Floors are old and you can hear every step above you from the ceiling. They were kind enough to change my room to the top floor (no one above me). However, the toilet 🚽 would not flush in this room even if you just wanted to flush the water 💧. They offered me to change the room again. I have an injury and why I told them I cannot move again, they did not offer any help although several big and healthy people were working in the hotel. So I stayed and Sam the manager fixed the broken toilet. Smoke detectors don’t work! It may be cheaper by $7-8 per day, but if you are working and need internet 🛜 and want peace of mind, despite the manager being Super nice and professional, it’s not worth staying in this hotel. Screen on the windows had big holes in it and I had to fight a big wasp 🐝 which entered the room. Location is conveniently closed to Walmart and TimHortons coffee shop.

Dirty, cheap bedding, no breakfast but breakfast is advertised, front desk leaves at 9 so if you have an issue it will have to wait until the next day. Housekeeping sucks. Crackhead stay there

VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. LOVE THE STAFF. I HAVE SO MUCH RESPECT AND LOVE FOR THE MANAGER. HE IS AWESOME. EVERYONE THERE TREATS YOU LIKE U ARE FAMILY.

didn’t really like looking for a working remote, didn’t like the buzzing sound coming from the kitchen lights and also don’t serve breakfast in the morning
