Horrible experience! I checked in on December 12, 2024 around 9 pm. Upon arrival, I greeted the lady at the front desk, she answered, with a very rude attitude, that she was not there to say hi to people, and that she was too tired for that. Moreover, she was extremely rude the entire check-in time. I was so chocked that she has absolutely no sense of decorum, and it's so obvious that she has never heard about good manners in her entire life. It was for the first time I experienced that unprecedented level of wildness. The replacement Front Desk attendant was not much different since she showed the same rude attitude when I asked her for a vending machine later around 11h pm. This hotel certainly has a problem with its night staff because Front Desk attendants in the morning (December 13), however, showed politeness. Because of those 2 Front Desk employees, this hotel is a shame for the La Quinta brand and should not be stayed at.

The ac needs work

No service from breakfast staff, they refused to fill up buffet even though breakfast was until 9 aand we asked for more food 8 o clock. Manager was called and told they never fill up. Plastic knives, plates and cups and rooms that are worn out

Awful. Wrote to the hotel right after we areived with no response. Mynkids could have been electrocuted in the pool had i not noticed the attached light floating in the water!

Ac in room is not cooling

Very convenient to shopping, stores, gas stations, groceries. Overall value for money.

The only thing unique about the property is the uncleanliness, i have never been to a property rhis inclean in all my uears if travelling. The rooms need to be deep cleaned especially the carowt and mattress. I was given a sofa bed and let me tell you there was hardly any sponge on the bed it was moldy and looked like ot had bed bugs or some sort of insects, it was not humane, no one can sleep on it, i would not even put a dog on it to sleep. That need to be dumped. The shower curtain was dirty and old, it has not been changed in ages, inside the shower itself has not been cleaned, the curtains at the window had waht appeared to be blood stains or some sort of stains but they were dirty. The iron board need a cover because it had several markings on it. We could not get it close after using it. I brought my own bedsheets and wash rags and towel because i could not use what they provided.i dont think they take pride in the property, i belive the property should be closed for renovation. Now lets talk about breakfast, firstly that was not breakfast, i dont know what it was, they needed to tell guest that breakfast is first come first serve and they can change the items daily serving the same eggs and salty sausage and burger patties every day is crazy. The staff that was there on the first day had a poor demeanor her face was sad and she was miserable and seem like we were bothering her for asking questions, i dont think she likes her job at all. The pool AWEFUL. DO NOT STAY!!!
