My shower and face bowl was not clean.

In the corridor on the first night I was there is a musky smell as well as inside the room.

The breakfast Buffett is good but The first floors are infested with fleas so if your allergic like me it's not fun i have hives,itchiness and I feel very uncomfortable all over as soon as I go home i have to go see my doctor again and get prescribed medications from my doctor.

the property needs some repairing also jacuzzi hot spa has been broken for 2 months now and I'm allergic to fleas and I was here last month and this month and had to see a doctor for hives itchiness on legs arms and other parts of my body cause of flea bites they need to spray the place to kill the fleas and ticks. it's not good for your health.

My stay was awesome just the hotel needs one thing to clean the rooms a bit more my bathroom smelled and the room had a slight odor to it. Other than that the staff was awesome

Room smell like pee. I didn’t even stay . Preferred to drive back home in the wee hours of night.

The front desk agent who helped us was excellent. She was very nice and helpful. I also liked the free breakfast.

Good hotel with excellent, accommodating staff. Good location, 20 minutes from the shore. The rooms could be updated a little, but it was very clean. Good breakfast.

A deep cleaning of the carpet, regular dusting of the headboards and cleaning of the drapes is definitely needed. Might I add under the bathroom sink can use a lil more love and attention.

Traffic along main road is tough during rush hour . Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The first room assigned had a musty smell. The manager was diligent in resolving the problem. She changed the room. They sprayed the room with a nice deodorant spray. However once vanished, the musty smell comeback. My reservation was for a King size bed and Queen sofa. I was given a twin sofa bed which my 5' 10'' tall son felt the sofa bed's wires on his body.

The handle in the shower didn’t work properly and had to ask front desk to fix it. Place spelled very musty. I’m sure that comes from them being “eco-friendly” and asking people to turn off the air when you are not there.

The hotel was pretty quiet so resting was definitely possible! I appreciate breakfast was on-site even if not the best thing I have ever eaten, there were plenty of options. The hotel itself is clean and kept up well, but could use some remodeling. The room had a bit of a smell which I think came from the old carpet. The A/C was quite loud as well. A bit of an upgrade and this would be a wonderful hotel!

the room smelled like the carpet got wet and not cleaned or the carpet was cleaned and not allowed to dry all the way before the door was shut for a long period of time and created a musty smell. bought some Lysol and it did not help.

We checked into our 2 Q bed room to find toilet paper and garment tags on the floor (carpet that was very dirty). I informed the clean staff that was in the hall. While we were waiting, I noticed that the bathroom door was stuck and would not close. The door under the tv, where the safe is kept would not close. I went down to the desk where I encountered the cleaning staff I had talked to informing the lady about my complaint. I INSISTED on another room. She hesitated at first, but did give us a King w/sofa bed, which was better. The elevator had a stain in the corner that was there the whole time we were there. No one mopped or vaccuumed (that we saw) the entire time we were there.Staff was not friendly or helpful. Didn;t know where eateries or souveniers could be had. Breakfast was stale and eggs were sweaty and watery. Sausage patties were damp and half cooked. Same food daily. Would not stay here again.

Good hotel

Stayed at the Comdort inn for 6 days and 5 nights. The convenience of having breakfast at the property is great! The staff were very nice!

Staff were amazing. Room- from the sink area there were a lot of bugs coming out throughout the whole stay. Both door handles were damage. Behind the middle bed side table there were some red stuff( not sure if mold or blood that was never cleaned) Area around- pretty borinh area. Nothing much except some fast food places and the stadium. Overall it was okay.

There was someone’s dirty underwear in our room.
