It is located in a comfortable place, the breakfast 10/10. The rooms are large and comfortable but they should improve the details in cleaning. The curtains in the rooms have fungus on the edges,The air conditioners need to be cleaned on the windows, and the bathroom extractor is full of dust. Apart from that, it's not bad at all for what you need.

They had trouble finding my reservation, but eventually fixed the problem. Everything in the room was nice, except in the bathroom where there was stains on the ceiling and other areas. The room was very roomy and comfortable as well as clean.

I like the fact it had two TV's. My Granddaughter was able to watch what she wanted in the sitting area. The pool didn't look that clean. The beds were comfortable. I wish bacon can be a choice of meat for breakfast. Shower was small. Me and my Granddaughter did see a big roach coming off the elevator on our last nights stay. Pest control is important. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. It was an ok stay.

The experience was ok. The staff didn’t bother us! The rooms just look like jail cells kinda of. Like old but they tried to update them. But the staff was really nice and I liked the fact that they didn’t mess with us.

Stayed here a few nights while visiting a family member at UAB. Rooms had a small apartment feel to them. I liked the layout/flow.

The front desk was extremely friendly. My first room was next to a barking dog and she helped right away to move my room to quieter one.

I did not even stay at the property. It was too dirty. Wnet for the piol and the ppol was so dirty i would not allow my son to get in. Had to buy another room at drury next door. Wish i could get my money back . Was there evry bit of 5 minutes

Really wish hotels would turn the AC on for rooms booked. Just a small bit of consideration. Check out was weird since the lady never got up and I didn't know where the voice was coming from. Overall an okay stay.

The room was clean, service was friendly but the refrigerator was unplugged for some reason? The beds were not comfortable. The deposit for the room was $ 100, plus your stay also. I don’t understand why it’s going to take 10 days to refund a deposit that you got immediately?

The temperature created a feeling of illness. When the air was on it was too cold. When it went off I couldn't breathe for lack of air flow.
I had an accident and soiled the sheets. I asked for the room to be cleaned. The cleaning person simply covered it up as she made up the bed.

This hotel is conveniently located. There are a lot of options for dining. The hotel was nice but a few things could be updated. The rooms are large with a separate sitting room and small kitchenette. Hotel staff seemed nice.
