This hotel is a joke. When i arrived the room was not vacuumed, the locks where so loose i could've broke them from the inside. A staff member was super rude when i asked for a room card for my dog walker. I will never stay stay here again... ever!

It was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Very dirty they actually changed my room at first due to dirty conditions of 1st room. The second room wasn’t much better. At night the neighbors were very loud and the hallways haven’t been cleaned and vacuumed in forever. This was the only motel in town with a room or I would’ve NEVER stayed. This is unbelievable and to top it off I was charged $166 for the night. Terrible place. I wish I knew how to get a refund believe me. Don’t ever stay there!!!

The super 8 in Helena was a dive, always were dirty rooms were small and dirty, I only stayed the first night and then left. I was stuck for paying the next four nights! I booked three nights at Days inn through hotels.com, it was nice and clean

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The breakfast offered was little to none. The TV did not stay on. The men behind the counter were nice enough but I will not stay there again.

It was dirty, sheets and pillows had black hair all over. Room was very decrepit bed was so sagged that you had to lay in the one spot. Broken pictures and missing pictures on walls

The room needed to be vacuumed. The toilet had not been cleaned. Yuck. Used washcloth hanging on shower rod. The ventilation unit had a broken temp regulation knob that was broken. We asked for it to be fixed and it was not. We room was warm and we were unable to cook it down.

We had a top floor on the back side and it was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Lighting was all sorts of colors and brightness. The room was (seemed) clean but the toilet was NOT nor was the tub. Well, not much to expect from a Super8 and for one night wasn't bad.

Just ok. Fridge was on a light switch by door so it got turned off all the time and drinks in the fridge were warm.
TV loses connection for about 3 seconds about every 45 seconds. Pretty annoying. Didn't matter which channel the TV was tuned to.

Bathtub had a soft spot. Almost lost my balance a few times. Dirty brown goo what I can only assume is mold build up on the door frame on the bathroom. A dirty rag was stuffed inside the vent on the bathroom. Multiple areas where the carpet was torn off.

Our room was decent and I loved they had the ac on when we got there; we like our rooms nice and cool. Unfortunately the walls could've used a good wash, both in the room and especially in the shower; looked like boogers were dried on the shower wall. Even for how little we paid, I still would expect a clean bathroom.

They didn’t clean or even empty garbages the entire time we stayed there, my son was there for hockey so I had to go ask for new towels each day. The cleaning staff had terrible body order. Only 1 person working the front so you had to wait in line for a long time to even get a new room key. Breakfast kept running out as well and took forever to have anything replenished.

This property was extremely poorly maintained. Rooms were horrible. Other than the manager, who was excellent, the rest of the staff were lazy and did not do their jobs well at all. Stay away from here at all!

When we went to check in the guy was on his cell phone. He continued talking for a few more minutes then finally hangs up and says hi. Never said a word before. There were two of us there to check in and he gave us 1 key. The air conditioner didnt work so we couldn't even sleep. The bathroom was completely nasty and I was charged twice for my stay. They said they refunded me but i havent gotten it yet. Would never stay here again.

For the price it was pretty good. Just needed some place to sleep. However, the elevator was very hard to find and the clerk did not explain it very well. I had to wonder around for 10 minutes to find it.

The condition was very loudly , I couldn’t sleep and you can’t turn off as it was too hot . You can’t open the window for a fresh air , it permanently closed . The room is dark , not enough lights and the breakfast is sucks .
