I liked the fact that people around there are friendly. Also that front desk peoples were really nice.

This place is NASTY and the front desk make up they own prices and they are rude as hell. Housekeepers never have towels and don’t ask for service cause that’s a no go. I will be calling the corporate office because that place should be closed. It’s a place to stay long term if u traveling but no where to wash clothes and the free breakfast online is a lie they put out WATERED DOWN coffee and that’s it. All the amenities they have online is a lie it’s a true DUMP

Very noisy

Very dirty the room wasn’t even swept, looked like the used dirty blankets for the beds, bathroom wasn’t even cleaned, cockroaches everywhere, no breakfast, kids crying all night and riding bikes up and down the halls screaming and banging and the tv didn’t work had to check out early I’m not happy at all for the price I paid requesting a refund

My room was sold out. The lobby stinks with cigarettes all over the place

Property is trashy, trash cans always full. People hang out in front of door with loud music. Gm is very rude but other employees are cool and ready to help

Fruit flies, sheets not clean, floor stained, tub was not clean-had a dirt ring, sink was gross, night table not clean (sticky), old batteries in the remote, garbage piled up outside, door propped open, staircase had old water bottles in them, random people hanging out front blocking the front entrance. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

This place is horrible. They didn’t have a working tub and the remote was missing. Kids were running in and out the the elevator to see what floors guests was staying on. Definitely would not stay here and would prefer a refund. I couldn’t even stay the second night because of the issues

No towels dirty bathroom lobby never swept

We had reserved a non-smoking 2 queen room. When we arrived, they only had a smoking king. The person at desk was nice to allow us to check that out, but the hallway had the odor of weed. We did not stay, since we did not get what was confirmed.

This place should be closed! The owners live on-site with thier children running wild @ all hours of the day/night; screaming, crying, making messes, leaving toys all over the hallways. It was foul!! It smells like a mix between feces, urine, vomit, drugs & rotten eggs. There are drugs being dealt in the entryway, there were NO towels, my room was filthy - I left my room keys at the window since no one was attending the desk, deciding not to stay because of how unsafe/unsanitary it was & will NEVER return!! I would NOT suggest this place for anyone!!!! It needs to be shut down.

There wasn’t any stay I paid for my room and an hour later asked for a deposit in which I was never asked in my booking. I’m going to file an civil complaint against hotel.com and the hotel.

There is no cable in the rooms, no cleaning services provided, no breakfast. the front desk does not provide help towards issues occuring during the stay. the rooms and hotel do not look like the images.

Homeless and drug people everywhere kids running around. I did not feel safe. Do not stay here. Don’t waste your money.

They didn't give me a room

We were only in town for one night and just needed a place to sleep. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The other room our family members stayed in didn't have access to the TV, so that was unfortunate.

They have false advertising because they do not have breakfast, And the toilet did not flush.

This stay was terrible, I didn’t enjoy my experience bad customer service and they had freaking bed bugs I’m completely bite up and disgusted!

The rooms were disgusting, there was a fly in the washroom, dust and garbage in the front lobby due to construction. We immediately asked for a refund and it’s been a month and we have not received it yet! Called the front desk and they say they can’t do anything? Would never ever recommend to anyone! Save your money!

I visit almost every weekend. I love that they smoking rooms. I don't smoke but my guy does. I don't dislike anything about the property. It can be a little busy mostly during the night time. But, the people are friendly. I just love the fact that I have a lone time. Then there's Dennys, the gas station/ covenient store. Travelodge is the place for me

Nice staff but unsafe place, lots of people playing, sitting outside, make lots of noices.In the room theres 1 bath towel, 1 face towel and 1 floor towel.

I did not even get out of my car, as it was dark and I felt it was unsafe. There were some questionable people hanging around the outside of the building. The parking lot and area around the hotel was littered with trash. There were two women sitting on folding chairs in the parking lot talking with cars that would pull in and out of the parking lot. The building is run down and dirty, unlike the photos they use to advertise. Needless to say, I didn't even get out of my car.

I got stranded in Minneapolis during "The great internet outage" which grounded 2000 flights in the US alone. Watching the prices skyrocket as every other stranded person booked rooms i finally managed to find this trash heap near the freeway 30 miles from the airport. Please note this was after nearly 15 hours of failed bookings. This room (which should have cost maybe $60) was $140 through this site and they pocketed $30. Worth noting the airlines were only allocating $125 for accomidations. Ultimately the room had the promised bed and shower. The tv worked. It was a smoking room so stains everywhere. This ended up being a plus as the door was extremely hard to close (required significant upward lift to set) so i didnt have to leave the room to smoke. The room was on the 3rd floor and the wondow was without screen overlooking a parking lot. Scary. The elevator was small and smelled horrible. There was no coffee but some orange juice was available at checkout. I would only recommend this hotel in the most dire of situations. Stay safe.

We booked this hotel because it had good reviews, and was very close to my in-laws home. The reviews are bogus!!!! We checked into our room. This hotel is in horrible condition. There were drug users tweaking in the lobby. You could smell marijuana smoke in the elevator. When we got to our room, it was filthy, the bed cover had a huge burn hole in it and the room smelled of smoke. When we went to the Manager to say we couldn't stay here, felt unsafe my wife felt unsafe and asked for a refund, the manger state, "I live here and tough it out, so can you" and he refused to refund our money. We left and found another hotel. When we told my father in law about our problem, he told us that this hotel has contracts to house homeless and drug addicts. I can't verify this. It is only what I was told. I reached out to hotels.com and Wyndam, There is still no resolution.

Friendly staff. Quiet when inside room. Doing my stay there was no breakfast or coffee served. The Manager said they will serve breakfast but in my four days of staying here there was none breakfast served. There was no offer to clean my room. I wish it was different than expected. No Laundromat provided.
