I always stay at the Ramada when traveling for work in Fort St. John. Clean, comfortable beds, and last but not least a great location. A nice breakfast is included though normally I walk to a nearby cafe for breakfast. The restaurant is also great for dinner.

Nice hotel clean and comfortable excellent breakfast buffet. Only thing is surrounding neighborhood has homeless camp across the street which we had a view of from our room. I was worried about our vehicle being broken into. Besides that it was a good location. They have a games room where the kids can play floor hockey with nets and sticks. Also a ping pong table.

Property and amenities are great. (There's a tent community nearby but there didn't appear to be any issues). Breakfast was good. No VIP upgrades or food vouchers were offered as indicated in the listing, which was disappointing - I've been a gold member for nearly a decade. Also, I needed to pre-register for check-in which required most of the info Expedia should already have on hand and be able to pass on to the property. Seemed excessive. I would stay here again but wouldn't recommend doing so based on its VIP property status alone.

Close to downtown but has a lot of peaceful homeless People close by.

The staff is always very professional when I stay here. Although the hotel is older, it is well-maintained clean and efforts are made to keep it functional and safe. I stay here routinely and appreciate the effort put in.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable but we had a room with a door to adjoining room and could hear absolutely everything in the other room. Our TV was also broken.

Didn't like that you could here EVERY THING through the walls.

Service is absolutely terrible. When we ordered room service for the evening, the guy who brought the food literally shoved the dishes into my hand. All the front desk people and staff were unbelievably rude and seemed at their wits’ end. The room is so dirty. There are gray stains everywhere on the bedsheet. When we called the front desk at 8 on the evening to have the sheets changed, they assured us that it was OUR fault for not noticing and letting them know earlier because house keeping had left at 5pm. What’s more, my room key card broke. I had to go up and down a total of 5 times. Each time, they “fixed” the key card and sent me back up. Then, after the card not working at all, they finally called a repairman, who finally fixed the door after half an hour. Keep in mind, I came to Fort St John for a big music competition and during these 2 hours, I had left all my books, music, and material INSIDE the room. I also had to practice, but I couldn’t due to being locked out. I ended up being late to my competition, which could have jeopardized my chances. Additionally, when we first arrived at the hotel, we were supposed to have been giving 2 $15 food and drink vouchers and a room upgrade since we booked as VIP using Expedia. We received none of those things until we told the front desk and they gave us the coupons only. This hotel is absolutely terrible and disgusting. I truly hope no one will have to endure what I endured these two days.

The hotel was very nice, despite what it looks like on the outside. The beds were very comfy, and The restaurant was very nice as well. Continental breakfast was great!

The first room we were put in smelled of a dirty ashtray even though we said no smoking. Second room toilet didn’t properly flush and sink didn’t drain. We booked for 4 people and they were going to give us only 3 complimentary breakfasts. I was adamant on getting 4 which they did in the end. The breakfast was not good at all. It is not stated online the hotel is under construction and it is construction mess right in the front doorway. I will not stay here again
