Nice and quiet room, though you can hear noice from the corridor (but we were lucky that it was quiet after 23). Breakfast was good.

Good location on the edge of the old town. Convenient for restaurants & bars. The bonus of a pool was a great benefit given the hot weather. Friendly staff.

This was a very quaint older but well maintained hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a smaller room on the ground floor but there are larger rooms with balcony’s on upper floors. They have an adequate breakfast that is not included in the room charge. There is a very nice pool which is perfect for exercise and rest and cooling off after walking a lot. My bed was very comfortable and all in the room was quite nice. It is. Not fancy but tasteful and up to date. Plenty of plugs. Remember your adapter. It was a good price for the week of Cannes Film festival. There are beautiful alley-ways of cafes within 50 yards. Short walk to a gear museum and fortressed church.

Lovely staff and experience.

Cannes is very expensive so this was ok as we only stayed one night. It is a basic hotel, but very friendly service and about 10min walk to the Croisette. Nice pool area. However, not good when travelling with dogs as there are no green areas around, and in the park nearby dogs are banned

The property was fine as a last minute choice. It is a good, solid property for a short stay at a value price. I personally wouldn't stay there for a long stay. Parking was available a nearby parking lot which was a 5 min walk away. The area didn't seem too bad although we weren't there long enough to really know. Seemed to be lots of tourists around so I assume it was an ok location.

Great place to stay and good location for the price! Highly recommend. The only thing I didn’t like was that other hotel guests/cleaners would close the doors loudly but maybe that can be addressed with putting a door closer. Overall great stay! Thanks!

Very nice hotel in the middle of Cannes. Walking distance to the beach and to the centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great experience.

Nice comfortable stay but if you're walking bit of a hill to consider

Great location - 5 minutes from the beach and even closer to restaurants. Staff were really lovely and very helpful. Having a pool is excellent. Reports of the big hill are really exaggerated. My room was small (quite usual in this location) & fairly basic. Really enjoyed my stay thanks.

The staff were very kind, and courteous and reached out to help when needed.

Hotel was clean, easy walk to the sea front and only ten minutes by taxi to the train station, staff were very helpful and breakfast was OK, could of had a little more choice. Would stay here again for a short break

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends! The location was perfect and made for the most pleasant walk through the old town to get back each night. The pool was clean and surprisingly quiet despite being above a large street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was perfect after coming back after a day in the heat. If I ever come back to Cannes, I know where I’ll be staying.

Decent interior/ good breakfast/ nice exterior

We have stayed at this hotel before and although there has been some updating of the property it definitely needs work on some of the rooms. The lamp shade in our room was falling apart and there were cracks in the walls. The paint work has seen better days but it was extremely clean. Linens were pristine and the towels were clean and fluffy.

Lovely typically French hotel in great location The pool is an all day sun trap, and you are 5 mins walk away from all the action Very friendly staff, rooms are small but perfect clean base for exploring Cannes, or simply doing nothing and enjoying the local bars and restaurants

Excellent location, literally 5 minutes walk to old town Suquet locale providing superb restaurant and boutique shopping delights, also a sedate 10 minute stroll to the sea front with easy access to public beaches.Hotel Des Orangers is a reasonable value 3 star with relaxing and peaceful common areas including a pleasant reading lounge, shady breakfast/coffee patio and good sized swimming pool.The staff were always helpful and charming.No complaints from Procedens.

A warm welcome and a comfortable excellent stay. It is three star but a very good three star. It is close to the Croisette and the old town, and I have nothing to criticise it about.

The room door can bever been locked, a stranger opens your door acidently can happen very often.

Had a great time in Cannes. Found it very central for visiting other places - St Tropez only an hour and a half away by boat, Monaco an hour on the train, Nice 50 mins, Grasse an hour on the bus. Cannes itself had plenty to keep me occupied - lots of beaches, restaurants, shops etc.Will definitely go back!
