Great location. Close to everything. The room was great. Spacious and well furnished. Everything in the room worked. Not so outside. Next morning the pool was locked so I couldn’t even walk around it. At check in it was a Luke warm welcome. I am a Hilton Honors member. At all other Hampton Inns and Hiltons they welcomed me as HH member and offered a free gift like cookies or soft drink or water. Not here. I didn’t mind it much, but I was a little disappointed. The biggest shock was to find out they charge $15 per night just to park the car in their parking lot. I was not charged at this time but I am afraid they will in the future. Most other hotels offer free parking, so I won’t stay here again. Overall the hotel is very nice but I don’t like paying for parking. It is not even a garage or covered parking. It makes no sense that they charge hotel guests $15 per night. When I made the reservation I may have missed it. Otherwise I would have selected a different hotel.

It was an awful check in experience, with the front desk attendant was extremely rude, was angry and treated us disrespectfully. They gave us the typical "speak English, you are in America" quote. Will never again stay at this hotel.

The room they gave me when I arrived was noisy. The ice machine was malfunctioning. They were happy to move me and I had good sleep the last two nights.
