My family and I stayed here the night before our son’s early morning hockey game in anticipation of bad weather.
We were woken numerous times during the night by another guest knocking continuously on a neighboring room. We called the front desk again and again and they did not take care of the situation. So much for trying to get a good nights sleep before a game the next day.

Stayed for the weekend, very nice. Good location, convenient to the starting point of wineries along seneca lake! Woke up to a beautiful sun rise over the lake! Only downfall, one of the two elevators was out of order and it took forever for the only one working to come.

Everything was great except for only 1 Elevator was working and toilet is a low rider. Only 16" off the ground.

Handicapped room was a zero; no minimally handicapped person could open the door as it had been shut while paint was wet, no desk in room, bed in poor condition, room and bathroom not up to date and not very clean, toilet seat did not fit the toilet, shower spray was damaged and not able to be moved, not enough lights in the room, couch was old and in horrible condition, felt like room had not been used in months.

Gorgeous spot along the lake, conveniently walkable into town, & an all-around great experience. We were only passing through for one day/night, but we loved it so much that we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay to spend more time in the area!

This hotel has a great location. The hotel feels tired and more like a 2 star. Furniture is scraped up. Refrigerator running loudly. Not enough towels. Body wash empty. Old coffee in lobby. Failure to refill k cups used. Dirty tissues noted under the bed. No smart tv so no streaming.

It is a beautiful hotel right on the shores of Seneca Lake, with dining on the patio by the Lakeshore. morning breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. We'd stay here again.

The primary attributes are the walking path in front of hotel and along the lake, the proximity to downtown and the lovely view. Room was very quiet. It did seem overpriced

The view from this hotel is amazing! To be able to wake up and walk outside and be on the lake path is fantastic! Plus they are dog friendly which is perfect for us when we are there to visit the wineries! Friendly staff and great location, we stay here every year!

Best part about this hotel is the location-on the lake and walkable to town. Given the cheap rate we didn’t expect luxury but did expect working toilets, linens that aren’t torn and threadbare, and ceilings that aren’t leaking (& had been for weeks). This property is an embarrassment to Wyndham hotels.

The property area is beautiful but the inside of the building could use a little updating. The beds are older and not the most comfortable. There's not much light and no easy access plugs for computer or phone charging.
The outside is home to hundreds of 'seagulls' and their feathers and 'droppings' are everywhere. Not very appealing. Once you step away from the building where they make their home on the roof, the boardwalk and adjacent park is lovely.

The only good thing is the location. The pool is gross, the housekeeping is below standard and the management is not reliable. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed

The housekeeping wasn’t performed on the daily basis. They explained bcs they follow green initiative of Wyndham hotels for stays less then 3 days they don’t do daily cleanings. Also beds are smaller than standard Queen, might be full size. I would say an average for the 3star hotel.

Just finished a stay here. Let me first say the front desk and staff were WONDERFUL and super friendly. However, the property and cleanliness were TERRIBLE. The hotel is super dated and you can tell it is in desperate need of updating. Also, it needs to be cleaned MUCH better. We found a Bandaid in the shower along with mold. The AC unit wasn’t working properly. The response from the manager was basically too bad. We would not stay here again.

Ac thermostat not working well, bucket and water leak on the floor the 4 days I stayed, the shower lever was broken in my bathroom as well as a tub floor that was not stable. Hotel needs some attention

Begging for towels—two for five people. Broken refrigerator that they are “going to send someone” but we leave today. Needed the fridge for the kids. Kind of dirty. Not what I was expecting for what we paid. So disappointed.
