It was close to the property of the wedding we were going to
Had to keep asking for more towels and wash cloths and ask for the room to be cleaned. When we stayed 3 nights they only cleaned the room once. Was not happy about that.

It was a good location with access to conveniences nearby and quick drive to all wineries and the lake region. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very courteous. Loved the stay.

I think my only complaint would be that there were a lot of children that were running up and down the hall to the elevator that was very close to our room.

staff was very friendly and property was very clean. That was comfortable and room was very dark at night. breakfast was great too, and had a lot of options.
The only letdown was that the hot tub downstairs was closed and out of order during our stay.

They did not have a shuttle as advertised so I did not stay found other room at different hotel

I like the hot tub also the front desk staff were lovely. The breakfast was nice and there were plenty of options to pick from.
The mattresses were a bit hard

The location is perfect with a great restaurant called Kindred Fare within walking distance. We all loved the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had many choices. Staff was very friendly and polite. Over all a win, win!
I was surprised of the rate hike from 1 year ago.

Loved the double head shower in the jacuzzi room. The coffee options were wonderful, too. Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Very soft bed, room darkening curtains that actually work. Great spot!!

Breakfast was good and the facilities were exceptionaly clean and cared for. The staff were very friendly and helpful anytime we needed them. The cleaning crew were also great !
The sofa beds are not at all comfortable, we had to get a rollaway cot. The mattress on the sofa bed was horrible. They need new mattress that are more like memory foam than regular mattresses.
