Lady that ran the breakfast was very rude when she was told juice station was not working she acted like she did not care at all. She was heard telling another guest that breakfast would be closing in 30 minutes anyway and she was already in process of shutting it down.Otherwise decent hotel but seems like there always that one employee that only cares about themselves.

It was an okay stay. We stayed from Friday-Monday and the beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was good but that’s pretty much it. The room had a mildew type smell from the carpet and what killed us was there was no hot water. Had to take cold showers the entire time we were there. The elevator felt like it could drop at any minute would use the stairs from the 3rd floor because it didn’t feel safe at all. Was in a great area will say that.

The property was closed due to power outage from the storm. This is understandable. What is not understandable is that the management refused to refund my money or even offer a credit. I was able to book through Hotels.com but unable to stay at the hotel because of their own power outage yet both the hotel and hotels.com have refused a refund and kept my money. They also keep declining my review due to its honesty.

Horrible, elevator did not Work had to carry luggage four flights to room. Telephone in room did not work. Some lights in the room did not work. There was no hot water in the whole building.

My stay cation was just what I needed. This property provided me everything that I needed and more. The bed was also an added plus!!!

Had unexpected layover and they had a room. Well managed at midnight and morning breakfast made me very happy I wasn’t stranded at airport! Thanks

Front desk never asked for ID checking in or getting new keys cause mine stopped working. Mold growing on wall by PTAC. Couldnt stay in room cause of the mold smell giving me a headache. Wouldnt refund cause its prepaid so I just stayed at hospital with husband. Area not a bad area but clientele is a different story

There is a super cool grocery store within walking distance. Tons of fresh fish, fruits & assorted foods.

I found mold in bathrooms. There is no housekeeping. There are outlets close to the beds that don’t work.

I stayed there this past weekend 7/26/24-7/29/24. There is only two carts available to take luggage upstairs. There’s only one elevator available that is slow and jumps when it lands on each floor. When I arrived to my room, I needed to iron my clothes for the convocation immediately. There was no iron, and the ironing board was completely broken. Had to wait (not too long) for a replacement. The shower ceiling looked as if it was spackled but not sanded but painted over. Old toilet paper from the last people that had the room was still on the roll almost empty. The carpet was dirty and stained. The next day I left out in the morning for service and came back to a messy room. No service at all. I placed all dirty towels and cloths on the floor to be replaced by housekeeping. Nothing was touched. I called and reported that my room was not serviced and was told, they don’t service checked-in rooms, only checked-out rooms. SMH! I had to wave down a housekeeper in another room and ask for fresh towels and cloths. The box of tissue on the toilet only had two pieces left in the box so apparently that was left from previous guests. The manager never checked to see if I needed replacement of anything. I had to go out of my way and keep asking for things and I felt like I was a bother. DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The pictures are a lie. The housekeeping staff were friendly when you saw them in the hallway but the front desk staff all need customer service classes, includes managers.

Very convenient location. If you are looking for a place to stay with walkable distance to stores and restaurants this a great place. A smile or two from front desk attendants won’t hurt. We definitely will be back!!!

Some items could have been better cleaned- there were splatters on bathroom walls, chips and crumbs on bed frame, etc. I can say that when we were missing a hair dryer or needed extra towels, the front desk staff was ver accomodating

The hotel is okay, staff at front desk very kind. The pool wasn't clean, the room temperature wasn't settled for cooling and have a moist smell between smoke and humidity. The breakfast quality was poor the omelet and eggs was like preparer eggs. The coffee machine in the room was dirty 😳 maybe need some airfreshner to make more cozy and smelles cleaner.

Overall, it was a great experience. The breakfast was good and the timing was awesome. The rooms were and hallways were clean. The pool was being shocked for the most time we were there but once it opened, it was a great area. The only complaint is the staff don’t know the area to make suggestion. Also, we were coming in late from a soccer event so we planned on frozen food for dinner and the staff did not have access to plastic ware, even though the hotel sells instant meals that require that. But it was still a great experience that put BW back on my radar.

I got bad experience about Best Weston plus on this location. Sink was stuck , check in around 5pm but room not ready ( Should be ready at 3pm). So disappointed!
