I usually stay at this hotel when I come to town , I have no issues with my stay however the mini fridge wasnt working properly It wasnt keeping my beverages cold.

Overall room was nice. Shampoo was empty and ironing board was not useable.

Check in was easy, front desk was helpful. Room was clean, tv remote was easy. The breakfast stuff was not that good, but it’s free. Options to pay for breakfast are nearby. The stay was an excellent value.

We stayed there after driving through Shenandoah national Park. The hotel is convenient to the park South entrance, it's decently clean, breakfast had a fairly good variety. The beds were comfortable. The man working breakfast and the lady when we checked out we're both rather friendly, the lady working the counter when I checked in was maybe having a bad day or something, but she was quite rude. Overall a good stay for the price. Would stay there again

The room was fair not enough light but the shower head was loose. The free breakfast was surprisingly very tasty. The staff was very friendly and polite. The elevator was out of service when I checked in but they had it fixed within the hour. Overall not disappointed

The was a little confusion on my reservation but the front desk receptionist was polite and friendly and was able to get it all resolved!

We were glad they remodeled the bath but it was awkward taking a shower where the only shelf to put soap or shampoo on was in the back corner and is only 4 inches wide. Plus the shower head sprayed anywho is short right in the face. No way of adjusting the shower stream without drowning.

Hotel room was very clean. Breakfast was good for self serve. Had sausage or bacon and scrambled eggs.
The hot tub heater was not working. I stayed there last December and it wasn't working then either. The pool was good.

We were here just one night and the staff was all very friendly, rooms clean and as was listed in the app.
I would highly suggest a better turn around with maintenance for the hot tub & ice machines.
Only other suggestion - have ice available at breakfast so I didn’t have to go back to my room, get bucket, go to a different floor, come back to room and then go back to breakfast bar.
