Breakfast was nice and there was outdoor seating available. Need real plants, not fakes. We left room about 10.30am, but housekeeping never came.

We had a wonderful stay from check in to check out! We stayed 4 nights every breakfast was delicious! Very clean accommodations fresh smelling and welcoming! The staff was friendly and helpful! We enjoyed every minute!

A brand new hotel it was very clean

Staff members were repeatedly rude, and either uninformed, or under trained for their position. Made arrangements to check in early with the hotel 3 days prior to our arrival, everything was confirmed. Upon arrival “ we don’t have a room for you” after 40 minutes of searching they find my reservation, to then which I’m told I can’t check in for multiple hours longer. After some conversation we’re finally offered to check in IF we pay a $50 early check in fee. Asked to speak with a manager, none available or on duty (@ 10am on a Friday) At this point one of the cleaning staff came To the front desk and initiated a “training session” with the desk clerk, which resulted in another 15 minutes of delay. Finally after nearly an hour, the Holiday inn Corporate customer service number was able to get us checked into our room. The customer service staff made my family feel as if she was being rude to us and preventing us from gaining access to our room due to the color of our skin. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, which is sad, because the hotel is newly constructed and has the potential to be a great convenient place to stay near Charlottesville.

This was our second stay here. The staff is super helpful. Breakfast is great. Location is close to lots of wineries and breweries. I am sure we will be back.

I was overcharged charge should have been 127 and change. Election

Desk staff has NO CLUE what they are doing . . . could not explain policies, repeatedly gave contradictory information, seemed totally lost. Property is a pretty generic HIE, no problem there. But front desk staff is lost.

Too expensive

My reservation was all messed up. I tried to reserve a night for May 2, 2024. Instead it was made for May 16 2024. I actually stayed may 2, 2024. Then I was also billed for May 16,2024. Now I am dealing with Holiday In and Expedia trying to decide who's fault it is to get my money back.
