They cancel my room at midway end up paying more. They didn’t have any towels had to wait. The picture they have online of their hotel isn’t what you get. I’ll never stay there again

This location is pet-friendly. Pet owners dont always clean up after there pets unless the step in the situation.

Randy at yhe front desk was very pleasant. The smell when you open the door to walk to your room was unpleasant. Didn't feel like a very safe area for my daughter and I.

It’s very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was wonderful especially Lindsey who checked us in! Rooms were clean as well as facility.

I picked this hotel based on price. I prepaid knowing we would most likely arrive after midnight on a late flight from Phoenix. So, I expected economy and a bed. I arrived at the door shown but it was a half hour after midnight. The facility is isolated with nothing around it. I walked inside expecting a window to summon a manager. I did not see that. Inside the doors shown is a small room with some information on the tables. A placard said use a phone to call for help on a late arrival. The implication was that a phone was on one of three small tables. There was no phone. My wife was in the car outside and I stepped out of the door and saw a phone on the wall that gave a number for late arrivals. I opened the phone box and saw the wires to the phone appeared damaged. I called the number given and it rang and rang for five minutes. I tried to hand up and call again but the phone was still ringing. Another patron showed up and I told him I wasn’t getting any help on checkin. He left. After awhile I left for find another hotel who had a night clerk. I can’t blame the hotel for what was probably vandalism. But I ended up getting no service and no room. I went elsewhere. I have asked for a refund but so far crickets.

The lady who helped us check in was friendly. The room was decent other than a light and outlet that didn't work next to the bed. My only real complaint was the fact that there was not an ice machine or a vending machine that was accessible. I will not stay here again because of that.

Very out dated , uncomfortable bed, poor linens . Not a welcoming atmosphere. Air conditioner was no more than fan. Had to wait in lobby for over 20 minutes to see a person and check in.

Our room had some slight water damage and after it rained it was coming in the window sill. Not a big deal, but worth noting! Otherwise, room was fine, not bad for staying one night!

Upon arrival for check in, the lady that was at the counter was not the most welcoming. There was no advertising that this was a card only establishment. This was frustrating as I had planned on using cash for my trip and the lady was not friendly about delivering that information. The two nights I had stayed were unfortunately unpleasant as people were running up and down the halls and I felt as if the walls were thin I could hear our neighbors conversations (probably just them being loud) these factors made it extremely difficult to sleep, in fact I was awoken multiple times each night. When I had attempted to reach the front desk by phone to complain I did not get any answer. When it came time to leave on 6/2 nobody was at the desk, I would've given my complaints in person but unfortunately no one was there. Next time I'm in town I will not be staying here in fact I will be inquiring about a partial refund as soon as I am home as the stay was one of the most miserable I've had

Bit disappointed with our stay at the extended stay. Despite it being advertised online, there was no complimentary breakfast. No sort of dishware was provided, and we had to pay $20 just for a single person set. Which looked like it was from dollar tree. We were told apon check in that if we needed any extra sheets or blankets it would cost extra. And we were woken up late by other guest blasting music.

The listing needs changed, because the new management has decided that there is no breakfast anymore. Also, the entire point of picking Extended Stay is that they have a kitchen so you can save money by cooking in your room. Up until this year they had dishes you could borrow at the front desk, but now that's a $100 charge. There is no housekeeping during your stay anymore. Need more than 2 towels for a longer stay? That's an extra charge too. Aside from that, the hotel has decreases in quality from last year by a lot. It's still what you'd expect from a cheap hotel, but now it's on the low end of what you'd expect. Rooms are cleaned up but still dingey. Hallway stinks of old laundry and garbage. Sheets are stained. Found 2 roaches the last night there. Staff was super friendly, great customer service, but the policies prevent them from being genuinely helpful.

I liked the location. What I didnt like was that I was charged an rxtra 100.00 for something I didn't or wasn't aware of.

This place is not what it seems. The lobby is closed at 10 pm i felt unsafe. Parties out in the parking lot after 10 pm. Reaks of Marijuana in the halls. Has a must dirty smell in the rooms. Ive never stayed at a hotel that offers a fully equiped kitchen without the cooking and eating utensils. If you want those it costs more. Towels if you want extra costs more. No coffee makers, 1 bar of soap for hand washing, no hair dryers... no amenties at all! When you travel you dont want to worry about packing those small things. Either charge a higher price and supply those amenities, or make sure your web site is clear that we are aware that this place is just a place to sleep.

Totally not worth the price they charge. On our second day they didn’t bring fresh towels. When we asked for some they wanted to charge us, which is just absolutely ridiculous! Beds are horrible .

very dated room. not like pictures at all. maybe last room before remodel but not at all what we expected for price. look like local housing to be honest.

I usually do not like to write comments but the manager Ashley was not Customer Service Friendly at all to me. Check-out was at 11:00 am, but I had a 07:00 appointment that would have ran over in order for me to check-out on time. So I called the front desk to add another day in the EVENT I WOULD BE LATE FOR THE 11 o’clock checkout. Well, I found out when you book your reservation through a third party(Expedia) you will have to come into the office to book another day. Just like you would if you were coming in for the first time. Remind you I was at a doctors appointment. The manager call me three times. Second time she called I was speaking with the doctor. She hung up the line on me becoz she did not have the patience to hold the line. Okay fine, maybe she was busy. She then called back to tell me I had 30 minutes to make it into the office. I literally had to leave my doctors appointment to rush back to the hotel to add an additional day!. I was so super annoyed. They do not have an option online to add another day either. To top all that, They charge for extra towels. No housekeeping unless you pay for it as well. I WILL NEVER BOOK A RESERVATION HERE AGAIN.

Nice place but we called to inform we would be a late arrival and no one was in lobby when we arrived. Had to call and wait to get checked in. Website stated grab and go breakfast but upon checking in we received a paper that they no longer served breakfast. Got to our room and found that we had to request any kitchen utensils or plates. Website really needs update for the changes.

Hotel seemed a little outdated and it smelled very odd but it was quiet and cheaper than surrounding places. It was good for one night. Breakfast was granola bars and muffins.

Friendly and wonderful staff! Clean room and overall clean environment. My family is in a transition stage and the staff has made things not feel like a hotel but a home away from home. The hotel is very well kept and clean. I didn’t know the wifi was a paid option but to upgrade isn’t that big of an expense.
