Several things that were supposed to be there for conscience did not work properly. (1)The wall thermostat in the room that was broken. It had a label maker label that said “A/C must be controlled at the unit”. The label was OLD. Why wouldn’t that be fixed? (2) The bathroom exhaust and light are controlled by one switch (outside) of the bathroom. The exhaust fan was so loud it was hard to stay in there. You had to have it on or the light wouldn’t work. We left it on while we were out and it was less noisy after running for four hours. (3) The convenience outlet in one of the bed side tables did not work. It was plugged in to the wall, just did not work (4) The light fixture b on the other side of the bed had a broken shade (5) The phone in the room did not work (not even to the front desk) (6)There was NO COFFEE in the lobby. Breakfast available for $$. Bad fake Starbucks coffee for $3.50 a cup, which came with ample grounds in the bottom of the cup! (7)The Good. EVERY employee was friendly and accommodating! Nice people!

Not a bad place to stay. Had 3 rooms with some friends. Was expecting more from breakfast. Just had some bagels and sweet rolls. Just prepare for that if you stay. Had a tv in one room that didn’t work when my friend got up. It was time for us to go but just frustrating.

Staff were friendly. Loved the late check out. Beds were comfy. The covers were very thin. There were no additional covers in the room. It was 1:30 AM when we arrived to our room, so it was too late to call the front desk. I would have liked complimentary bottled waters for the room to use for the coffee makers.

Check in was easy, our room was extremely hot, the air was not turned on. The floor by the air unit was completely soaked. We didn’t check in until 12:30am after a concert, so we dealt with it. Upon checkout when I expressed our problems with the room the attendant simply said “sorry”.

I was charged for both rooms I had reserved under my name even though the other party provided cc info upon arrival as this was a "pay at the property" hotel. I alerted the front desk that evening to the error. It was late so no solution was provided. The following morning I inquired again about the billing issue and was told The manager was off work and apparently no one else at the location could remedy the issue until her Monday return. As of now it’s a waiting game but be warned, if this happens to you, you may be waiting days for a refund since there appears to be periods of time where supervisors aren’t available.

I appreciated it was bear the highway with the ease of access. This Courtyard is a low-budget hotel. The walls are thin, with inoperable electrical sockets, along with a worn look in the rooms (and the exterior property).Additionally, Mobile Key is not a working option at this location. I stayed one night and it met the purpose of finding a place to sleep. I would not pay for an extended stay at this property.

She first made us wait till she was done texting whoever she was texting on her personal phone to ask us “what do we need” then as we were checking in she asked me for a card and to put it in the card reader and never explained why it was needed. As I asked her what it was needed for she was was rude and acted as if me asking was bothering her. I might add this is my first time ever booking a room for myself. Then I asked how much it charged my card so I was aware of how much she charged me and again was irritated with me for asking questions. She was very rude and a very poor way to start my trip. The room was nothing like in the pictures and the sofa bed was covered in stains and had a sticky feel to it and also had no sheets provided for the pull out bed, so we had three adults in one bed. Finally i had charges made to my card that were from a restaurant room charge that totaled up to $43.60 that me nor my group had made. As I told the same check in lady that these charges were wrong she said she’d fix it while again staring at her personal phone, and did in fact not fix it. So long story short, I do NOT recommend this hotel for your stay until changes be made.

This hotel don´t offer shuttle to the airport or restaurants nearby, the food is limited and is located far from restaurants. Two days whithout wifi during my stay.

This place did not have our room ready at 3 and lots of people in lobby waiting for their rooms as well that we're not ready. The room was dimly lit in all areas and especially around bathroom sink area. Could hardly see to get ready. They advertised a heated pool and it was not heated. Extremely cold. Our room was located at the end of a long hall and the exit door card reader did not work. We inquired about it and they said it went out with the last storm.and hasn't been fixed. So, every time you wanted to go to your room you had to walk through the whole building. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. For the price their is much nicer ones nearby. Not a good experience!

I reserved the room because it was advertised as a hotel that offers free airport shuttle. But they do not.
