Had an amazing stay. Front desk clerk very welcoming. Rooms are clean, bedding done and new. Complimentary breakfast great with bacon and eggs and toasted bread. Parking is free for disabled. Thank you Holiday Inn express Prescott!

I accidentally booked a day later than my trip. Showed up the day before and couldn’t cancel or move my date and they wouldn’t even check with a manager. Will not be staying at another holiday inn or using hotels for com. Zero credit and very rude.

Nicest room we had on our trip, comfortable bed, beautiful modern glassed in shower with great water pressure. Convenient location, lots of restaurants around. Only negative might be that the location is a couple miles from the old part of historic Prescott.

The only problem was with the toilet paper provided , it is the worst ! Very thin and a waste of paper having to use much of it . If you would use use a quality two ply customers won’t have to use too much

Very friendly staff. Cynthia gave us a warm greeting when we arrived and informed us of a 'courtesy' upgrade and provided us with a complimentary bottle of water. Room was spacious and clean. Complementary chocolate chip cookies at 6:00 added to the warn welcome. The complimentary breakfast was the best we have ever had. Will definitely make this our Prescott destination hotel.

Best hotel stay EVER. The staff gets an A++ for being nice and helpful! We were unable to get an Uber (small town) and they even were on the phone trying to get taxi service for us!

Liked breakfast and the pool, nice staff. My room was great untill i found a used pad folded up between the bed and boxspring sticking out... gross. Honestly disappointed i paid so much to find something so nasty.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It felt refreshed with the latest amenities. The room was great, the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient and eager to please. They took care of every little issue or request quickly and happily, and that's really all we could ask. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk guy was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hot cookies at 6pm for guests and a hot breakfast in the morning. Great experience.
