Door was open when we checked in late at night. Front desk came back to the room with us and said the door is broke you will have to push it really hard.
One mattress was very uneven and bathroom door handle was broke.

I arrived in the middle of the night. The room looked like a homeless person. I’ve been there. This fruit garbage behind the bed between the furniture unpleasant.
In the morning, I showed the cleaners and checked out. The staff were nice.

Fire alarm went off at 1am this morning. We still have no idea why. Thank goodness there wasn't a fire. But there was no communication what so ever to reassure the guests that everything was okay. Other than that stay was pretty good.

The bed was so comfy. The shower was large but a clittle slippery. We had to put a towel in the shower for saftey. They may need mats.

Room darking shades were awesome! We overslept because it still felt like night at 7 am!
The breakfast items could have needed a little help the sausages all looked undercooked / gray.

2nd year staying here and it was a great place to stay clean and smells good some places have a smell that is not so good not this one we will be staying here when we come next time GREAT JOB

I have stayed here a few times in the past year. There are new owner/managers. Our room did not get cleaned the first day. We were very disappointed since we took DO NOT DISTURB off door and left about 11am. Front desk had to bring us fresh towels.
Crevices in bathroom are getting overlooked. Cleaning on 2nd day was adequate but not the service Holiday Inn is known for.

We got there late and there was no parking available. We had to create our own spot. They had 2 big shipping containers out back which took up a ton of spots. Our room also had a mildew scent but we were so exhausted and were only staying for the night so didn’t think it was worth complaining. We ended up turning off the AC because the scent was so strong and coming from the unit. Overall it was okay. Breakfast in the morning was decent.

Best part of the stay was the breakfast service, especially the hard working and good natured lady responsible for putting it out.
This was followed closely by the friendly staff at the check-in.
Overall, it was very a pleasant stay.
