This is a great hotel, the GM Oswaldo and all the staff are amazing. We chose this hotel to be in close proximity to the AdventHealth Hospital. We have stayed in big name hotels and they are by far the most accommodating, courteous, helpful, and compassionate hosts ever. While it’s not the Waldorf Astoria, they are family oriented. They are really dressing up the hotel to reflect the greater Tampa Bay Area sports teams which is nice. The breakfast is wonderful and the ladies are great. Plenty of seating and most of all, not crowded. They change up the selections as well. There are so many options to shop and eat nearby you can easily walk to or drive in 2-5 minutes. Outback, quaint family Bistros, CrackerBarrel, and all the popular fast food places. Shopping is also near, Old Navy, Bealls, Craft stores, etc.

Property was under construction and it seems to have a lack of staff. You have to ask the front desk to send someone to clean the room and provide additional supplies (toilet paper, etc).

The staff were all very nice and helpful. I asked for a late check out and was accomadated easily. The staff attending the dining room/breakfast station would always make sure the breakfast items are replensihed even close to breakfast cut off time. Awesome staff!

Building and rooms are outdated. Floors were not the cleanest. Felt more like a motel than a hotel. Not the worst place, but for the money I expected more.

Horrible attention, even the manager itself treats people poorly. The place does not looks like the pictures, scam beware

Second time staying here, this time around I see that it’s renamed and there is construction going on. so far it looks so good, the Rooms are always clean and front desk once again super nice. 10/10.

Nice property and great staff! The hotel is undergoing some reconstruction, but it was a decent experience. Small breakfast buffet, but pleasant. Clean room and shower.

The hotel was clean the staff was very nice and friendly. The room was pretty small in the bathroom was tiny, but the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location was really nice because it’s close to all the shopping and restaurants without being right in the business of Wesley Chapel. Our only complaint is that the walls are insanely thin so all night long we could hear people Outside in the parking lot and also in the hallways of the hotel. People were walking up and down the halls all night, long and when they would be talking, it was so loud that they sounded like they were in our room.

We were only here for one night but it was just ok!! The hotel is being renovated. The pictures online make it look so nice, but when you get there it’s outdated and gloomy!!! The water in the shower never got hot and the room was musty. We will not be back.

Although they are renovating the lobby will be nice but the rooms STINK. Omg they smell like old mildew & mold. They need to get rid of the carpets.i would not recommend to anyone with a Alergy or Asthmatic. The air conditioner is noisy. The doors have a crack as though they were not installed properly. I had to look twice & make sure they were closed. I didn't feel safe with a lot of construction going on. Beware if u are traveling alone. I would not recommend & buyer beware. Sometimes cheap is not always the best....🙄

I liked how close it was to shopping and food.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. There was scaffolding in the lobby and around the property, but there was not loud construction noise and the plans for the property sound great. Pool and breakfast was available but the gym was not available.

Had a great stay. They are remodeling but it wasn't an issue. Very quiet and slept well. Friendly staff. Will stay here again.

The air-conditioner had a mildew smell. The people who were on my floor were animals. They were loud coming off of the elevator at 1am. Them the screaming and fighting in the room across from us at 4am. Now maybe it is not the fault of the hotel. But this is the clientele that they attract. The breakfast SUCKED. Weak coffee, powdered eggs, biscuits that tasted horrible. I took one bite and went to Wendy's.

It still alot of construction going on and it had a oder like old carpet. Tha room was smaller than expected.

They are remodeling and it is going to be cute. I would stay again to see how it turns out. Room was comfortable.
