Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The food is lovely and the breakfast is first class. We have stayed here many times and the standard remains high.

Not a 5 star...but a good 3 star.
Location great for walking Old Town and restarunts and shops.
12 parking spaces for a very large hotel...parking is a nightmare.
Reception and bar service good. But no atmospere in restaraunt or bar.
Rooftop with pool only which closes at 1800. Stunning views but no bar or restaruant....crazy!

We were only at the hotel for one night but found it to exceed our expectations in all ways: cleanliness, spaciousness, comfort, location.....and the breakfast was amazing!

Desk staff were terrific very helpful and gave us very good advise. Pool area is great and the breakfast was diverse and plentiful.
Location was very convenient especially to the port for ferry rides. Every thing else is within walking distance.

The property is on a raised area of the City centre which gives an amazing view of the whole city from the top floor pool.
The staff are courteous and friendly and the dining menu is perfect and excellently priced for room service.
My room was upgraded to one with a balcony and this was absolutely amazing and also the Expedia VIP gave me a discount on food and drink there which, as a solo traveller was much appreciated.
The only slight downside is that the top floor pool, whilst panoramic, is quite small and so if a party of 2 or more people are in it, it can seem inaccessible. Also, on departure, there is no shower room available for leaving guests. If you have a later flight and have been checked out for a while, In the Crete climate, changing and feeling fresh for your flight is a necessity.

Near everything in Heraklion. Walking distance to restaurants, port, fortress. Hotel has great breakfast. Great views from balconies. Rooftop Pool area is simple but cute with great views.

Close to the city center, many dinner options in the city nearby. Parking was a bit of an issue, we decided to park at Port P2 which costs 3 euro per 24 hours. Its a short 10 minute walk to Port parking

You are right behind the city center! Just 10 mins walk and you experience all restaurants and shopping. It is a beautiful historic hotel w a delicious breakfast. The rooftop pool is the prefect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Chosen as close to airport when flew in on a late flight. Good for this purpose. Only had breakfast and it was reasonably good breakfast selection. Rooftop pool nice, we had a quick swim before checking out after breakfast. Rooms clean.

Booked a family 3 bedroom room for 3 adults was given a 2 single bed room with a camp bed. After complaining we were given a “discount” as the family 3 bed rooms were all taken
