Great staff, casino was fun, live music in the casino. Hotel room was clean, but needs updated and some small repairs. Overall had a good time.

Have stayed at this property many times under many owners. Always clean and comfortable. Great views of the Ohio River. Carpet in public areas starting to look a bit ratty but rooms are quite well maintained. Like the walk-in showers. No breakfast included. Deli off casino carries some breakfast items. Dining area on casino floor is good for pub grub.

Stayed in the legends tower, it shows it's age, but there were no staff in the tower other than cleaning crew. Couldn't check in in the towers had to go through the casino which was a hassle because security doesn't want you to stop between the hotels. The hotel beds are firm but comfortable, don't look down at the aged carpet or too close to the walls.

I was locked out because they didn't give me the right key, no parking near or even close to the entrance. it was scary and not ideal for a woman to stay by herself. They gave me a refund and would have refunded the whole thing but I went through a 3rd party to book it

Very clean and very nice rooms. I liked the security of the hotel.

We chose this hotel because of its location to the Ford Center. Our room was a bit worn but comfortable. Lots of pillows were provided but would have liked additional blankets in the room. Very hot water which was nice. On-site dining options were reasonably priced and nice to have after a walk back from the Ford Center. Just expect smokey conditions as their location is in the casino. Pretty river view across the street. Overall, a decent stay.

Hotel was good. Casino stinks. Web site says non-smoking areas which is a joke. We couldn't breathe. Had to leave.

No breakfast included with room. No fitness room Elevators…..,all not operational No refrigerator in room! Had to ask

They didn’t clean the room overnight for a two night stay! So didn’t get fresh towels or coffee and small other things! Then added more charges to credit card after checking out

The entire experience was quite horrible.... very little water pressure in the shower. The carpet was filthy...the chair was diiscustingly filthy, we wouldn't lay anything on it because it was sooooo filthy....Very, very disappointed for what was supposed to be a higher end hotel.

First time staying at this hotel and it was terrible! The hallway carpets looked like (and smelled like) they have not been steam cleaned in months. The wallpaper was literally coming off the wall in the bathroom. There’s no fitted sheets on the beds. They just had a regular sheet over the top of the mattress. Two outlets didn’t work. There are zero amenities at this hotel. Our room didn’t have a mini fridge but found out you pay extra for a room with a mini fridge. The front desk staff was super nice but the line was very long and they are slow at checking in. I would not recommend this property at all! Bally’s needs to spend some money on cleaning and updates.

$70 charges for using Hotels.com of which $50 would be returned. Why the hidden fee?????

Hand towels but no bath towels No place to get coffee or drink before 7 so if you are a early riser forget it casino doesn’t have drinks anywhere but you couldn’t bring your own water in

This Hotel needs new carpet everywhere - the cigarette smoke smell from the casino has saturated the hotel too and the stench is awful.

I work for a trucking company so parking was far away. I had to request a refrigerator for my room. It was just not a good hotel to stay in for a trucker. Not a good hotel for a business trip.

Never stayed at a casino - so we thought we'd try it as the price reasonable for a downtown location. Despite an ADDITIONAL "resort fee", there were no desk staff or noticeable amenities. Room was dusty and dated. While labeled a non-smoking room, it didn't matter as all public spaces (not in the casino) and the room smelled of stale smoke.

The room was clean and of a good size. The front desk staff very nice. The condition of the property was very "used" carpet was in very damaged condition. did not appear as though it had been cleaned in many years. Smoke oder was extremely strong. Although our non smoking room was clear just the hallways and casino smelled of smoke. Breakfast was just a pick up and go option. I did find 2 restaurants fairly close that had Gluten sensitive options. No refrigerator in the room. (I needed for medications).I resorted to placing them in the bottom of the ice bucket and laying ice in a bag on top. We enjoyed walking the riverfront and around downtown area. The casino and hotel were easy to find thought parking was inconvenient in set up from front desk to parking garage entrance. Hotel lobby is spaceous and inviting. The security for guest in the elevators was appreciated with a card control access to guest rooms by key. Amenities included iron and ironing board in room, hairdryer, WiFi, small TV. Airconditioning though older model and type was Very efficient! and quiet.

Clean hotel with great staff and next door to the Bally’s casino. Room was comfortable and everything worked as it should. The only reason it is not excellent is that it’s in need of a remodel. Old fixtures and appliances with wallpaper peeling off, kind of accentuated this reasoning. Everyone I met working there were polite and efficient, so I would still recommend this place.

Impossible to avoid massive 2nd hand smoke. Disappointing restaurants and facilities for the resort fee.

We travel a lot and it was odd that there were not small refrigerators in all the rooms. We had food that needed to be kept cold and had to go get a cooler. There were no carts on the garage side or to be found and had to make 3 trips to the garage. Not a place I would stay again.

Hotel was not clean. Requested non-smoking room, but gave us a room in Legends tower so we had to walk through the smoke filled casino to go in / out.

This is a nice property & we stay here every year however, it is understaffed especially in the casino.

Property has seen better days. Fine for a quick over night. Needs updating for sure. Staff was very aloof… when checking in we waited for clerk to finish what he was doing on his phone. When we left an article of clothing we called about shortly after leaving. we never got any feedback. Casino bar was uninviting and awkward

I was extremely surprised on the dirtiness of the overall facility. When’s the last time you had the carpet shampooed? When’s the last time you had pest control there? Because I’m pretty” Stuart Little” Does not belong on the eighth floor.
