We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet. Would definately stay here again

Property had no elevator and stairs were very soiled. Looks like a place that construction workers stay in quite a bit. Room was just okay. Breakfast was just fair. Would not stay again

Mostly good experience. Breakfast was good and room was good except bed was uncomfortable for husband who doesnt like memory foam mattress. Service was good.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and ended up needing to spend the night last minute. Great value for the room! We didn’t use any amenities but the pool looked fun, and the breakfast looked decent. We slept in and didn’t make it in time before they closed; so we just went to the local ihop

Although I thought the property was good overall I strongly encourage the property update there lights in the bathrooms and rooms as they are dingy and dark.

It was advertised as being close to the university, but was a 15 minute drive away from town. The tub was dirty. The tub was slick and didn’t have a shower mat.

Great property especially if you are traveling with your dog. Great lawn and poop bag stations.

The room was set to 58 degrees and the heater did not work. It was almost midnight and not worth thr hassle to switch rooms after an exhausting day of travel

I inadvertently registered for the wrong day and didn't know until I went to check in. Because of a convention in logan, the room was now more than twice as much and they were unwilling to made any adjustment or consideration. It was very apparent that the "all mighty dollar" was more important to them than the plight of a customer! So, now they didn't get their coveted money and instead they have LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER!!!

The hotel had an overwhelming smell. Like if air fresheners were plugged into every plug. Not a dirty or bad smell. It would have been ok if it was 3/10 strength, but it was 10/10. Besides that and that when the heater was turned on it set off the fire alarm and smoked up the room, we enjoyed our stay. It was also noisy. I heard other rooms shower, guests in the halls, doors shutting… so not very soundproof. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, free cookies in evening.

Completely different hotel from the listing!

The rooms are very outdated. It’s like walking back in time. The rooms are clean but smell very musty. Carpet was old and stained to the point that I didn’t want to walk barefoot on them. I feel like the room was cleaned to the best of its ability. At this point it’s just time to replace the carpet and drapes. No amount of air fresheners and cleaning products can fix the worn out rooms

Nice quiet clean place. Reasonably priced. The staff was helpful.

A good, but not great hotel. The breakfast is simple, but OK. The rooms were clean, but had a sort of funny odor--not unpleasant, but just faintly off. The staff were great. I would stay here again, mostly because the price was right. Even though it says it is near the University, it isn't really. It is about as far away from the University as one can get, and still say they are in Logan.

The property seemed nice and clean, but my room was on the side where the traffic was, which made it a bit noisy. Next time I’ll ask to be put on the quiet side.

Really nice place to stay

I wasn’t going to write a review but since everything was adding up, I need to. Honestly from the moment we got there I was pretty unimpressed by the customer service. I understand my husband and I got there late around 7/7:30 but it took us about 10 min for someone to come out and greet us. Then, she necessarily wasn’t the friendliest checking us in but you know, it was later so I bypassed that until we got to our room. After driving for 12 hours we were ready for bed and as we were undoing the bed, the sheets and the blankets were stained. I really don’t think the sheets were washed. We asked to get new sheets and I’m pregnant (which I stated at the front desk) and we had to change our own sheets. Then the next day when we were getting breakfast at 9:00 am my husband grabbed a yogurt and we headed to our room to eat since there was a lot of people there and we were close by. About 10ish min later, My husband noticed his yogurt was previously opened (not by him) so he went to go get a new yogurt and the breakfast was closed but it should have been 9:30am. I know it’s free but it was our last straw, we didn’t return the next day because we would rather spend money and eat out then be on the fence if we were going to be able to get breakfast or not. We wanted to leave and get a new hotel but unfortunately had already paid for our hotel all up front. We were not expecting the Ritz, but expected a little more for what we paid for.

When checked in the staff was friendly. I was given a handicap room which I didn’t request nor want the beds are on the floor the property is very out dated ripped carpet and not clean the shower felt as though you would fall through it and looked like mold was growing in it. The phone was broken. The place gets a hard 1/12 stars and that is pushing it.

Great location and great hotel room

Very nice! Lillian at front desk was delightful! Made you feel welcome. Also went above and beyond by switching our room from 2nd floor to ground level as I have difficulty with stairs. Bed was comfy. Plenty of pillows. Everything was clean.

Nice enough place with breakfast which is always a plus. Room was a little outdated and dingy but for the price I wouldn’t complain. Overall it met expectations.
