Just an overnight stay after a concert. The bed was comfortable, which is all we wanted. They did have some issues finding out reservation.

This hotel was renovated a few years ago. The new bathroom design is outstanding featuring a spacious, walk-in shower. (No tub) The exhaust fan works well, but the lighting seems a little dim. A stronger light above the mirror would be appropriate.

We always stay at the Collinsville Hampton when visiting St Louis area with family. The area is safe and the hospitality is the best. You won’t find nicer people! There is a lot of food places and stores nearby. The steak house across the street is great as well. Pool and room was clean. Chasity on the evening shift is a true gem and made us feel at home!

they come up to me at 11.20 asking to leave, while in the app it says check out at noon, they told me that on their policy it says 11.00 am

The bed was so uncomfortable. The springs were poking us in the back. Room could have been deep cleaned.

It was an overall a good experience. The pool was realy nice. The beds were not great but not awful. They do require a $100 deposit for the rooms which was unexpected. The suite was well set up.

Check in was wonderful! John was amazing super helpful and engaged my kiddo in conversation. Room is very clean, bed is comfortable, location is great for getting to convention center, eating, and shopping! I would definitely stay again!

The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Excellent place to stay with children. The breakfast was great. All guest areas were always clean. We highly recommend this place.

Hotel appears older and needs a remodel, especially the hallways. Elevator is small for this size hotel and is kinda scary with all of the noises. Breakfast was below average. No eggs, donuts or anything like that. Smoked sausage for breakfast?
The staff was the highlight, especially the evening guy. We lost money in the pop machine and he gave us that back plus a cold can of pop. Excellent service!
Overall, nice but not worth the price we paid.

Breakfast was disappointing. No meat only eggs and some very greasy over seasoned potatoes.
Bought a Mt Dew from the machine and it expired over three months ago.

Room was great but obviously had a smoker in before my arrival. Could not get rid of tobacco smell. Woman at counter was nice but it was very difficult to check in. She claimed it was super difficult because I used “Expedia”.

This is a great place to stay just outside of St. Louis. Nice breakfast options each morning.
Only complaint is the pool was too chilly to swim!

The last night we had a very bad disappointment. The guest below us was fighting and throwing things around the the room. And had to have the police call to take care of the situation. And the Sunday breakfast was not so good.
