Overpowering smell of air freshener/carpet cleaner in hallways

Room was OK, and staff decent

Ice machine was broken, pool and hot tub closed, and a dog began barking incessantly at 5:30 A.M. Staff was unable to contact owner, so we checked out by 6:30 and hit the interstate at 75mph just to get some peace. I feel like a refund is in order. Pathetic

i hope we did not get charged bec we cancelled this property

No access to pool or hot tub, toilet wouldn't flush and we let the staff know but they seemed to not care. Handle in the shower fell out while my aunt was taking a shower, caused her to slip and almost fall. Towels were stained, bed sheets looked bad also

Nothing we arrived and the pool was drained the property was being remodeling which I understand but we should have been notified

Asked the front desk for a refund they said it shouldn't be a problem it's been 3 weeks I have contacted the motel and booking multiple times and still no refund

I did not like this property.

when I arrived at the property to check in there was no way to get a hold of the front desk. I knocked on the glass and then peeked my head through and called out for someone. Then I had to go ahead and call and the man came from the back. He should’ve been able to hear me when I called out for him through the window but didn’t come until the phone rang. then it took the man a while to get us checked in. He informed us that the pool had been closed since 2020. If I had realized the pool was closed we would’ve never booked the hotel in the first place. When you arrive at the hotel you have to pay a $50 deposit. Then when we got up to our room after finally getting checked in the bed linen had cigarette burns, hard stains, and blood stains on them. I called down to the front desk and the man came up to my room and stood talking for 20 minutes about why the hotel looked like that. He said they were under a remodel and things just for the way they were right now. He never offered any new bed linens. The fridge in the room did not work and actually leaked all over the floor. In the morning there was no breakfast besides pop tarts. I would never recommend this hotel and was super disappointed in it. Not only was it gross but the service was not good either.

After reading the previous reviews I was a little worried but it looks like the new owner is making some great changes. The room was clean. The facility was fresh and you could really tell they were taking care of it.

Dirtiest room I've ever had to stay in! Beds were just made up after last guests.. Bedding was unclean. Bathroom extremely unclean. The foors were filthy as well. They hadn't been sweep in a long time.

Refrigerator leaking[Dead bugs on sheets toilet seat and toilet very dirty jetted tub made more noise then jetted out water. Staff did clean room up and change my bed sheets.

the staff was helpful and polite the facility was clean. oh the shower was amazing
