We ordered the least expensive hotel, when we got there the man behind the counter gave us a free room upgrade (very happy about that) he was very spesific about the room we got being with breakfast included. When the trip was he charged us 330 euro for the breakfast.

Really lovely hotel. Super friendly staff. Great food options and two lovely swimming pools. Spa and gym also excellent. 20 min walk into Palma and some lovely little local eateries too for breakfast and brunch. Highly recommend

Small but lovely apartment and super helpful staff. Bit of a tight squeeze with 2 large suitcases. Fantastic amenities including pool and gym. 20minute walk to city centre.

Hotel was nice and clean and rooms and facilities were great. Majority of the staff were kind and welcoming but the woman on the spa reception was rude and unhelpful. She ignored us when we greeted her and when we asked her a question she went back to texting on her phone! Other than that, great hotel.

We felt very welcomed during our visit. The Hotel and our room were very clean and modern. The Personal @ the front desk were helpful and friendly and made our visit pleasant. We can absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Palma!

Nice hotel, pool and poolside massage. Carla / Rachel was fantastic! Night manager opened the restaurant at 3 am to get us coffee before heading to catch an early flight.

Our airline lost my baggage but Nadia, front desk receptionist, was extremely helpful and kind in our unfortunate situation. After one week my bag was found and Nadia telephoned me to let me know that it would be stored at the hotel. Excellent customer service Nadia!!!

Our 4 night break was superb, the staff are all extremely both friendly and helpful, nothing appears to be too much trouble. The room with the terrace made our late afternoon a real treat, enjoying a glass of wine whilst catching the sun laying on our sun beds.

Great location and a lovely modern hotel. Rooms are simply decorated, but clean and functional. Nice small balcony. Service was great and the gym is well equipped. Negatives: the balcony light doesn’t turn off until the small hours, so if you don’t shut your curtains there’s an annoying light. The rooms are very noisy, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Constant noises from plumbing rattling through the bathroom walls and from neighbouring rooms, plus noisy fridges make it very hard to get a good nights sleep. I did report this on the first night via hotels.com but got no response

This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect. I’ll be back time and time again.

Hotel was overall pretty good. The beds were a bit too hard for me, but there everyone likes it differently. When we booked this hotel we specifically searched for a hotel with an ac and when we tried to lower the temperature of the room it just got hotter and hotter so we had to sleep with the balcony door open and the ac turned off. Asked the reception of this and they told us that you cant make the ac go colder, just warmer. Would not have choosen this hotel if I had known this since Im pregnant and pretty hot when Im sleeping. Breakfast was fine, I would have expected it to be of a bit higher standard when you pay a heafty price for it ( especially the bread section and the ham/cheese section had a lot to ask for) really nice with fresh orangejuice though! Spa and gym was pretty good aswell!

Great pool area with plenty of seating and bar area which serves good food and drinks. Lifeguard available poolside at all times. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast with lots of options and omelette station. Overall we would have expected more in terms of other areas for a 4* property - we were told use of the spa facilities was included on check-in but we were then charged for use on departure (despite us saying we were told use of the facilities was included); only one bottle of water in the room for the entire stay; we had booked a room with a terrace but this was above the reception area where guests seem to be able to smoke outside, meaning our room had a persistent smell of stale cigarette smoke and we sometimes couldn’t sit out on the terrace; cleaning of room was sometimes after 4pm; self-service luggage storage. Good for what we paid as we benefitted from a loyalty discount but unlikely to return if we are ever back in Palma.

Had a lovely stay - would have preferred a double bed rather than 2x single beds and the air con was a bit hit and miss but apart from that, perfect!

Clean, old-style structure. Nice staff, convenient location although a bit noisy.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately there were additional charges such as for the spa and drinks with dinner which were not mentioned anywhere. Also the cost of hiring a bike was not mentioned in the hotel description. The evening menu was ok, nothing special and a bit too salty and overcooked. All in all a clean hotel with a nice view but too expensive for the service they provide.

Good stay for the week.

We got a room upgrade after our trip got delayed for a day. This was something that we appreciated a lot. The minus with the upgrade was that the room was very hot the first night although we turned off the heating and opened the window. We talked to reception and they were very helpful as to what to do to cool it down. The remaining nights were much better. In the middle of the night it though started smelling very badly in the room from the shower drain in the bathroom. The last thing was the hairdryer. Very old and slow one. It had already lived its life cycle. Other than these issues, the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and staff at reception were very kind and helpful.

We likeed: - great, walkable location by the port, - friendly and helpful stuff, - gym ( almost empty most of the time), - tasty food, - room and bathroom size, The only dislike was when hotel was almost full 24/25/26.12.2023 and it felt a bit overcrowded during dinner and breakfast. In terms of noise we did not notice huge difference. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to do a lot of sightseeing, spend time in the city, like walking, cycling.

Spa is not included in the Price. Thanks for the upgrade.

Very good hotel, perfect for exploring the Palma area. A little distance from the centre, about a mile walk, but plenty bars and places to eat nearby.
