This choice of hotel is based on the fact that it is a 16th century palace in which this atmosphere is experienced, and the stay is not a simple classic hotel stay with spa and elevator.
Very noisy during the day

The location was central but quiet. The food was excellent and tasty. The staff were welcoming. The cleanliness was 5 star and our room cleaned every day. Meals in the courtyard were so much nicer than sitting indoors. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. I can’t wait to return. The whole experience was so much more than I expected. Thank you to the whole team.
There wasn’t anything. We ran out of water and coffee pods and the receptionist replaced them immediately.

Staying at Born Hotel was an amazingly relaxing escape from everything busy in life, rating everything as exceptional because it was. Staff were amazing, so friendly and very professional. Breakfast exceeded our expectation with so many choices including avocado + egg on toast to order. Great cocktails at the bar! The huge bed was incredibly comfortable, and location was exactly where we wanted to be. Be aware there's no lift in this beautiful old building, but the amazing staff delivered our cases to our room and offered to bring down when we left, so didn't miss the lift personally. All in all, the most perfect city break, only negative I can provide was the having to leave, but, we will be back, can't wait! Our thanks to all at Born Hotel.

room was quite dark, needed lights on - likely due to ceiling being painted very dark green to match a feature wall - just down to personal preference really.
Sadly, the bar and food service was not available during our stay. We were told that this was due to start again in a couple of weeks time.

Couldn’t be in a better location.
Very friendly staff and liked the breakfast room and courtyard.
We were on the third floor and there is no lift. Fine for us but if you are old/unfit I’d request a room on the first floor.

We had a lovely weekend stay, ideal location for the centre of Palma, lovely comfortable hotel would definitely stay again.

excellent location and great staff. Breakfast was excellent apart from the coffee, which was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. A real shame since everything else was so delicious.
The first night, (New Year’s Eve) we were put in a “closet” with very dull lighting and a the most unsecured door you can imagine. I’m not even sure that it is legal. You could see people walking past the room, which was the very first upon reaching the landing, so we had the distinct pleasure of spending the first morning of the year listening to all the early risers passing buy as if they were passing through our room.
We were given an upgrade the next day, and the staff was very pleasant, but I suggest you avoid room 101 at all cost. Btw, while the bathroom in 101 was modern and large, there was no way to shower without flooding the floor (poor design).
