Had a room near the entrance that everybody had to walk by to get to the elevator. Loud enough that it woke us up multiple times through the night.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have always been happy to return. NOT THIS TIME. The whole experience was not a good one. I booked a king room im may and was given 2 queens. The room stunck as if there had been a flood and carpet never really dried. Bathroom door stuck. The 1 chair in room nearly flipped when you sat in it. I have family near here and need a room at least once a year. Next time i will be looking elsewhere!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very professional, yet personable. It was a quick trip and I was exhausted. When I went to bed around 9:30 pm, I awoke about 30 minutes later with guests repeatedly running up and down the corridor and slamming doors. This went on until I put in my noise canceling earbuds. I didn’t report it,

A nearly perfect stay. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the shower was only a trickle & the bathroom door was a slider with a gap so it didn’t feel private (my husband & I were sharing a room with my adult daughter so it was awkward.)

Overall good— nice bathrooms, comfy bed, good waffles. Negatives: $75 fee for even the tiniest dog, view of weird mildewed alley out our window, strangely hard feather pillows. Nice front desk staff and pretty landscaping.

Disappointed that Expedia and Hampton Inn didn’t price match, so I paid $300 more than what the hotel was asking for the 2 nights less than 24 hours after the price match cut off. Upon my disappointment, the indoor pool is on the 1st floor with tile by the elevator. Instead of mopping up the wet floor, the night check in guy put up “caution wet floor signs” even the whole walk way is covered in water. Awesome to bring my luggage that way. Also ants were all in the bathroom.

Great location off the highway, a few restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. We have stayed here a few times and it’s always been good.

The hotel was clean, and service attendants were super friendly and efficient.
However, the pillows were very uncomfortable and the pillow cases felt plastic.
Lastly, and most importantly, the bathroom had a barn door closure, which provided NO privacy due to the 1-2 inch gap between the wall and the door. For this reason alone, I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.
