The room next to me was very loud all throughout the night. I got minimal sleep. It would’ve been nice if they could have been quiet at 10 PM until 7 AM.
Instead they knocked on the wall most of the night and their kids were loud.

Place was dirty and smelt so bad when you first walked in and then when you walked in the hallways. They shower was dirty and sounded like you were going to fall through the floor they didn’t have any trash cans in the room

There was bed bugs and the whole kitchen was out dated and there was trash already under the sink before we stay and front desk said I had to take it out and I ask for more pillows they said they didn’t have any extra

When I got there, I had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby for somebody to answer the front desk. So I could Check-in? Can I go to the room? I got a sweet and the full out. Couch is broken where you couldn't even sit on it. And they wouldn't do nothing about it and I had no utensils. No plates, no. Nothing in the room and um. The bed was hard as hell. It wasn't very clean. It smoked like cigarette smoke and it wasn't nowhere near an elevator cause i'm disabled.

Couldn't check me in because Expedia showed 2 people instead of just me. Had to call Expedia to change it. Came back 2 hours later. Now they couldn't process my reservation. Made another reservation at another hotel. Ten minutes to drive there 2 minutes to check in. Shouldn't be that hard. Incompetent.

Property Assistant Manager Robbie was easily the most rude, unhelpful person I’ve ever encountered. She wanted no part in checking me…just wanted to sit at her desk playing on her phone. I will never stay here.

So nice to be able to cook on a stove instead of relying on microwaves! Very comfortable and clean. I've stayed at Extened Stay America properties elsewhere, but this was my first opportunity to stay here in my many regular business trips to Omaha.

Our room was much larger than I was expecting, which was very nice. The carpets in the hallway looked like they desperately needed vacuuming. The bathroom floors looked like they weren't mopped between guests. I didn't feel like it was the safest hotel we had stayed in, but we didn't have any specific issues. The grab and go breakfast is in the lobby - there were about 3 muffins and a few granola bars and packets of oatmeal. They had coffee set up, but they remove everything when breakfast ends, so don't expect to fill your coffee on the way out the door.

The room was very nice. Window was to the outside grass and parking lot.
The booking says coffee and tea in the common area. I went to the desk and asked where the coffee was and she said right here at 6 in the morning. I said online....she said no.
No in room coffee or cups, nothing.
Large room with Kitchen area but nothing to make anything with. Stripped down.

Room wasn't good, but wasn't terrible, but the whole situation was a mess. People were talking about drug deals in the elevator, people were high in the lobby, the guest in the room next to me got evicted while I was there, I couldn't get out of there fast enough when I woke up in the morning.

The staff at the Ohama West Extended Stay America are an amazing group to get to work with as I travel for work. This is my favorite place to stay when I'm in the area. Really top-drawer management. In all my travels it doesn't get much better than this!

This is a very dated place. The breakfast is not a breakfast. The floors make so much noise. You could hear people next to you talking and those above you walking. So noisy. The staff was not friendly. It was as if we were bothering them when checking in.

Very clean. Sufficient for anyone just needing a place to sleep and shower. Recommend earplugs for sleeping, pretty standard for an extended stay with laborers having to get up early. Good location. Great overall.

My experience was very good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a full kitchen if you wanted to use it.
The tv remote batteries were dead, but a replacement was sent up promptly.
More than worth giving up in room coffee maker, hairdryer
for savings.
Breakfast was coffee, oatmeal, granola barres. Enough for me to get started.
There is grocery store near if you want to bring in your own food.
I would stay at this hotel again.

I chose this hotel for the kitchenette and gym. But i was not expecting all that was wrong.
1st, when we entered the room i inspected as usual. Bedding was the cleanest part of room. Found hair in tub( not thay big of a deal) the sink in kitchen was still dirty as were the counters. Also on the walm there was a large line of something stuck to the wall. And the remmote for tv didnt work. Fine i can clean up some things. Usually the kitchens are equipped with all dishes you need. Now i understand theynhave u go down to lobby now and check items out but geeze could have been told that by staff. Nope had to wait until we saw a hidden card in Kitchen. Whatever it all worded out. I go down the next morning to use the gym- notjing worked. The bike the elliptical and the treadmill were all broken. So whats the point of advertising a broken gym? Nothing was corrected either. I would not reccomend staying here until things are fixed.

I could not watch tv because the remote did not work properly. They did try to switch them out but that did not work either also the drain in the tub didnt drain properly so the water just sat in the tub

The rooms are old mine was dirty. You have to ask for blow dryer dishes etc. you have to take your dirty towels to desk to get clean ones. They charge 28.50 a night extra for dog. I am staying 15 days at a different hotel it’s 50.00 extra total for my dog.

I had trouble finding the Hotel. Staff were nice. I specifically targeted a place w/elevator, unfortunately, after one day the elevator was under repairs. I was on 3rd fl. so felt bad about the person who had to help get my luggage down to the main floor. Place was somewhat old but clean. No coffee pot, No breakfast bar
