The pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable and dirty. When we pulled the bed out it was filled with crumbs and dirty. The upholstery was ripped and there were no pillows. When asked for pillows there was only one left in the hotel. If you are selling a pullout for sleeping it should be comfortable, clean and have bedding.

Will definitely stay here and recommend to others. Personable, friendly nighttime front desk clerk. Comfortable and clean beds and room. Quite spacious.
The only issues I have dealt with is the bathroom door did not shut properly. It was quite loud and would stick when you tried to open it, if you actually managed to close it. Also the front with the parking is a bit strange, too close together when there are larger vehicles in the lot. There is quite a bit of additional parking all around the hotel so only an issue in the front.

They had the air conditioner off and the blowers wasn't working well. They couldn't change our room on the 2 queens, we purchase 2 rooms they switched the other room but it was so late we had to change everything out. I wouldn't stay there again we had a baseball tournament there in that town. I paid way too.much money there to be hot and them bot have the air conditioner checked before we got there, plus being so cheap to even have the air conditioner come on at 74

The night clerk Alan was an ***hole. Completely rude. When asked about a partial refund instead of responding in a normal appropriate manner he replied “Why would you get a refund. Would any other hotel give you a refund?” Other wise ALL the other staff was great. Beds were decent and the place was very clean. Unfortunately I slept through breakfast but it smelled good.

I would have given all 5’s, except we had to change rooms. The first room was a little musty. Staff was always courteous and cheerfully gave us a different room.
