there was black mold in the bathroom. the place reeked of illegal substances and cigarettes. the outside was missing paneling to where you could see the structural pisces of old wood. there were people outside smoking pot and watching people in the parking lot. felt very unsafe. the pictures are misleading

The staff was so sweet and helpful. I have been traveling for almost a year and this was by far the best place I have stayed. I am homeless sadly and I would do anything to stay there and work. Because having a job you are proud of means everything.

We were in room 212.
The Light looks like it was gonna end up falling on us. There is a Crack on the Toilet Bowl Lid. There was also German Roaches in the room. When we arrived there was only one pillow. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not come to bring extra towels. The shower head leaks and had got water on the floor. There wasnt a phone to call the front desk. This was yet the worst stay ive ever stayed at. This wont be the last review Im going to go to head quarters with this. I want a refund!!

This place is all around horrible. The room smelled of cigarettes.
The bath room was dirty. The toilet had a ring and did not flush.
The refrigerator was noisy. The walls were dirty. Worst of all you could hear everything that was happening outside.

The floors were very dirty and towels and sheets had stains . Had a leak in bathroom sink in facuet . Maintenance put new on in and it then leaked from bottom of sink from pipes. I reported but never fixed . Wont stay there again was there to visit my family and didnt enjoy stay .

It was okay, however, the room smelled, and the property needed a good cleaning. The door handle was very difficult to open. It was disappointing in that regard. The plus was that the onsite manager was very nice and helpful.

Hotel was close to i10 and alot of eating places near by walmart a short drive away the room on the other hand was ran down floor was dirty shower was horrible fridge and microwave in room the property on the side of the room had very little lighting it was quiet and if its only for a quick nap i guess its okay but not for long term the bed was horrible uncomfortable to very thin pillows but the staff was very nice

The last day in the hotel, they didnt even try to look for my reservation. As well checked me out of my room, then proceeded to tell me that i could not even get into the room to get my belongings, because they were to lazy to press a few buttons on the keyboard

I thought my checkout was in 4-3-22 instead I got a call on 4-2-22 saying my shave bag was at office I told her I had $2300 worth of tools in my room also so they would t get stolen off my truck instead the cleaning lady that went in my room decided she needed them more than I did so I came back 4-3-22 and will be meeting with sheriffs dept on 4-4-22

It is a place to lay your head for a few hours. The room was filthy and had not been cleaned. Dirt all over the floors. The comforter had stains and burn holes and the pillows were flat. There were roaches on the floors and the sink and refrigerator had food spills in and on them.

The room was not clean there was a piece of it looked like a brownie in the bottom of the night stand, candy wrappers under the bed, still shaving hair on the counter in the bathroom, along with a dead bug on the bottom of the toilet which also needed to be cleaned. I will say the person who checked me in was very friendly but when I checked out at 10:30 I noticed on the email I received it said I checked out at 1:30.

Arrived at 7:00 pm for check-in to a double bed room with 3 children 10 and under. We walked up 3 flights of stairs with all our belongings only to open the door to a room that had not been cleaned. I had walk all my chidren and our belongings downstairs to request another room. This was unacceptable.

No clean toewls,; the towels that were in the hotel room had already been used. The bathroom mirror was missing. There were boot prints in the shower stall.
There were bags of trash sitting right outside of the hotel room door. The floor was dirty; bottom of feet got dirty when walking barefoot in the hotel room.
