My stay was not pleasant at all. They put me next to the boiler room so a lot of gnats in my room, yuck. The microwave was not clean. It was really uncomfortable I want be going back.

Staff very courteous and helpful. I had reserved the wrong days and was a day early. They were able to waive penalty fee and arrange a room for me the night I needed. I recommend you give NOLA INN a visit!

It was horrible

It was the worst experience ever. There were spiders in the room. Dirty bed sheets and pillow. Sofa was soooo dirty tooo. There was no trash in the room. It was so stinky that I had to spray perfume all over the room. It is a nightmare. A BIG NOOOOO!

To me it's better than staying in New Orleans this is about 20-25 from bourbon street with good eating options

Omg this property was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! IT WAS NASTY WITH CIGARETTE BURNS IN THE BLANKETS, STAINED EVERYTHING. I TOOK MANY PICTURES AND WAS JUST TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!!!! If we hadn't just drove 11hrs and looked at the room there is no way we would have stayed there!!!! And the price for that room was an absolute joke over 100 for something that i wouldn't have paid 25 !!!!

We booked a non-smoking room. The first moment we got into our room, full of smoking smell. My kids couldn’t breathe. There are many many cigarettes burn holes in the comforter. (See pictures). The sink is super dirty and nasty. There is a toilet seat in the hallway. How horrible. Worse experience ever.

Arrived having had a prepaid reservation. Received room key, opened room door and beds were unmade, trash around and obviously not cleaned. Excuse was they were remodeling. Sat outside room and watched while room was quickly cleaned by 3 people. Room was still filthy. Only thing were ok with was that we saw them change the bedding. Holes in walls, cobwebs, ceiling peeling, screws in ceiling for who knows what, command strips on the wall for who knows what, even the picture on the wall was dirty. Holes in curtain that didn't close all the way, switches caked with dirt, walls stained and dirty, hole in bathroom ceiling. I could go on. If it there were other hotels available we would have moved. We slept, got up early and left. We were afraid to use the shower. On top of it all, the toilet clogged.

This was the filthiest place I’ve ever been. I have no idea why Expedia promotes properties with health hazards.

Nasty

BEDBUG infestation!!! I killed over 10 but got bit over 10 times. When I reported it, they didn’t seem concerned.

This is an old property with a real sketchy clientele, pit bulls and all, but the bed was comfortable. NO telephone in room, no blanket, a broken heater/AC, and a carpet that was uncleanable. Nice young girl checked me in in broad daylight through a security window, which certainly made me feel insecure for my car, computers, and my own safety.

Room was dirty, looked like a renovation was started and no one cleaned up before it was rented out. Sheets were dirty and stained.

Run down garbage. This is a $35 a night level establishment

I reserved a king non smoking. All they had for me was 2 double smoking. The room was pretty dingy and unclean. The beds were very uncomfortable.

When i got there the first room had a back up toilet the next one no A/C, then they put me in one that didn't even have a TV, then they tried to put me in one with no cable??? I'm still waiting for my money to get put back on my bank card, but i don't know if its Hotel.com or America best inn???

Very dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty!!!!! There are stains on the sheets and I can see many small pieces (maybe snacks) on my sheets. There sheets have NOT been changed!!! I DO NOT recommend this hotel. I won’t use Americas Best Value Inn.

Room had odor and run down property observed people smoking weed on premises.

The first room I was put in was horribly dirty. It looked as though it has not been dusted or cleaned in months. The only thing that was appeared to have been tended to was the bed. The towels were also grossly stained but appeared to have been washed. The toilet did not flush and when I tried to flush it the knob fell off. I called the front desk and they moved to another room that had a working toilet. There were also roaches in the room and dead roaches in the air conditioning unit. I took photos.

We had booked a stay in this motel, but we did not stay. We walked into the room and were immediately revolted. There was this awful smell, kind of what you'd expect from a very old building. But it was also like the room had been flooded, and they decided to keep the same carpet. There was duct tape holding a light fixture up in the bathroom. The dresser drawer was falling apart. All in all, it was just disgusting. We turned around and walked back out.

Ask for a non-smoking room got a smoking room has spiders and spider webs and poop on the floor the dirtiest motel I've ever stayed in
