There were only 3 hangers in the closet, for a stay of 2 people with 3 days of clothes. Was able to get a few mire hangers by visiting the front desk. Saturday morning, a high school basketball team (and their chaperones) arrived in the little breakfast area at the same time as us. Very crowded area with limited access to the food due to the throng of teenagers standing around the buffet. Wonderful refrigerator in the room. One of the few hotel refrigerators that we’ve encountered that actually keep things very cold.

Hotel was very dirty. Hallways and rooms smelled like mold. Elevators looked and sounded like they were going to break. Overall awful hotel. Not like the pictures at all.

Friendly staff at check in. Nice location. Convenient online check in/ check out option. Sheets and pillow cases had hairs, makeup stains and urine stains on them (luckily I bought the disposables with me) thin walls, just needs minor renovations.

There was so much dog poop all over the property. The sprinklers were spraying the sidewalk around midnight, making it slippery to walk at the entrance. Overall, the staff didn't provide any information at check-in. The lobby was excessively hot because the AC wasn't working. No washcloths in the rooms. Dirty bedspread.

The room was clean and comfortable, although the TV remote did not work. I was told they would send one to the room but it never came. Elevator was stuck on the 3rd floor one night. May have been someone just holding it there. We had to use the elevator on the other end of the property. Both elevators need to be refurbished. Coffee was not good and they were using small styrofoam cups with no lids. We skipped the breakfast because it did not look appetizing. Freezer in our room was completely iced up.

We loved that the rooms were very spacious and very clean. The area this hotel is in, is so nice and quiet, with lots of trees. If we ever come back to this area again,, we will definitely come back to LaQuinta again! The proce was right for us as well.

Quick overnight stay because early departure for airport. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable but pillows were flat. Hotel needs some updating. Many doors looked liked someone had tried to pry them open. Was a little uncomfortable due to many shady people walking around the parking lot. Loved convenience to Sanford International Airport.

The AC in the lobby was broken. There was no one available to help us with the sofa bed, and the cover was dirty. I went down to the lobby to ask for clean sheets, but I had to take them by myself and make the sofa bed. Additionally, the phone in the room was disconnected.The room was 140

This hotel was close to a work event and had plenty of rooms with two beds which worked our staff. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, which is most important. Carpet and upholstered chair had some stains. Air conditioning did not work in the common areas of the hotel, but the room was fine. At one point one of the elevators stopped working, but was fixed later in the day. I felt it was a very noisy property. The clientel that stay at this hotel have no consideration for others. Super loud in the hall by the washing machines and elevator past 10 pm and as early as 7:30.

Elevator not working our entire stay so have ing to walk up to the fifth floor eveytime we left.
Breakfast not appealing at all.
And no umbrellas out by the pool so if we sit by the pool we were roasting.
