The elevators had drawing on it, not appropriate for kids or for families and they were doing construction at 8 o’clock in the morning on a Saturday

Our room was filthy-stains everywhere. We had to stay one night but left 2 days early and went to the Marriott. They started construction right above us at 8am on Saturday morning.

The property is under renovation but we stayed on the 3rd floor and had no disturbances from the fourth floor. We arrived in Orlando early and thought we would see how early we would be able to check in and were pleasantly surprised that they let us at noon. It was very clean and staff was very helpful. Have family in the area and will return to this property

There is no shade at the pool. They are under construction! The whole 4th floor is under construction. One elevator is used just for construction. No bar.

The property was very clean, quiet and nice.

Great room for the price! We’ve stayed here a couple times on the way to/from Sanford Orlando Airport. Property is safe and clean. Nice large room. They add many extra touches (breakfast options and presentation, pastry/dessert counter open throughout day, mini bar) that really make a difference! Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Definitely staying here again!

We were staying together with another family (4 adults and 4 kids- ages 4 &7). This room was spacious and the two queen bed room with a pullout sofa was plenty of room for 1 night as we prepared to fly back through Sanford. Reasonable distance to the airport and hotel was very clean. Outdoor pool and hot tub were clean, warm and very welcoming

I stay at this property every time i come to orlando. Only issue is the smoking area in the bsck that doesnt feel safe or clean.

The hotel was nice. However the hot tub was not working along with the ice machine was also out of order. I was able to get ice from the deli during my stay.

This is a very nice hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The staff went above & beyond to make our stay perfect.

Great breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Did not have any issues. The front desk staff were great! Easy check in and check out. We did not use the pool, but it looked small.

I found this place pretty last minute, due to its proximity to the Sanford airport and having a flight get in at midnight. I'm so lucky to have landed on it! Staff was super friendly. I stayed with my 3 kids for the evening before heading further south the next day. The room I booked had enough space for us and the pack and play we brought. In the room, the bed and shower were both very nice and comfy (SO appreciated after a long flight and a 3 hour delay). The fitness center I used in the morning was clean and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

We checked in to a dirty room. My 3 year old found a bowl and fork under the couch bed in our room. There was hair in our shower from the previous guest. We woke up to a roach crawling across the bathroom floor. To top it all off, they didn't clean our room at all the two days we were there. I will say, when we contacted them the first day about finding the fork and bowl and the hair, they did come up and vacuum and remake our bed. But the hair in the shower didn't get taken care of and they didn't take out the trash in which the fork and bowl were placed. We expected a higher standard of clean because of the name Hyatt, but we could have saved money and checked into an average hotel with the same standards that we were met with.
