Convenient and always clean rooms

The room had nice towels and decent amenities. It is in need of renovation, which I think was reflected in the room price. The biggest criticism is the cleanliness. The shower/tub floor was practically slimy underfoot, indicating lack of cleaning in the shower area.

The room was just okay. Had to wear shoes because the floors were dirty. Breakfast was not edible.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Room was a bit humid - and the bathroom smelled odd.

No sauna or whirl pool. Water was not very warm . Good breakfast buffet , food was hot and very tasty , sausage gravy with biscuits .

Convenient to lots of shopping. The Brat Stop is also right there as a welcome to WI landmark. Easy and scenic to get to Carthage College which is what we needed.

Nice hotel and easy to get to the property and around woodmans and a bunch of food restaurants

Great room but poor shower design — water got all over the floor and made it slippery also thin insulation between floors - we could hear people walking above us. But, the price was great!

Perfect all around we had an awesome stay and will be booking future longer stays.

Got to our room and our feet were sticking to the floor. Used a washcloth and warm water to wipe the floors down and the towel was fully grey/brown. There was white crusty marks all over the pull-out sofa bed. Under the vanity/sink area looked like no one had ever cleaned under it. The curtains were stained and full of holes. Pull out sofa bed was WILDLY uncomfortable and creaked LOUDLY at ANY movement. The breakfast was ok, but not great. Pool had algae growing on the depth markers.

I would come back anytime

The web site stated check in was anytime and our flight was delayed beyond our control. When we picked up the phone to check in when we arrived, the attendant appeared to be sleeping on a couch and bolted up and scolded us that we were lucky they didn’t take our room away. We came to visit a sick relative who died later that day. we did not feel welcomed or appreciated for our business. Floors were sticky though that might have been from their cleaning solution. Otherwise clean.

Average hotel. The room was decent. The space between the headboard and mattress was nasty. Breakfast was average

A lot of little missteps… no working remotes even after trying to replace them, no milk for cereal at breakfast (was told “it’s not coming out now”), a big gap under our door, broken bathroom door, no shampoo in shower, and no option on AC unit for fan to stay on- it was very loud and woke us up every time it turned on. But we got a good price on the room so we probably got about what we paid for.

We had a good stay. The room was surprisingly large. I liked the separate sitting room.

Checking in was a breeze. Great location. Easy access and parking. Plenty of options in the area. Staff was 5 star.

Our room smelled stale and old like cigarette smoke and mold …. We were in town for a funeral and I felt creeped out each night we returned to the hotel … I saw several spiders and bugs in the bathroom … day before we checked out there were no fresh towels … coffee at breakfast was bad never ate at the free breakfast at all felt dirty

Room was nice and bed was comfortable but cleaning needed to be better. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and some towels and comforter had stains. Overall thou I would stay again.

Our experience was incredibly disappointing. We paid different rates for identical rooms (249/269 a night), 4 people each. Staff was kind with one small exception. We booked the 2 queen bed business suite.The pictures had a foldout couch, and we had people that didn’t want to share a queen in each room, so this was the solution. Our room was a joke.The sitting room was empty except for 1 chair and footstool. No foldout couch. No bench, or desk.They were in the bedroom area, in place of whatever was supposed to be there. We had to put all of our bags on the floor. Chair was gross, and so many things were in poor condition.I can't fit it all here. Not clean. The shower rod was sagging so much, the curtain would fall to the center of the rod during the shower. It was open 2 feet on either side. I could not make it close more without it sliding back. Breakfast was underwhelming. The listing claimed “hot breakfast”, but all that was there was some rubbery scrambled eggs and gristly sausage. You could make waffles, but it was mostly cold carbs. Coffee wasn’t brewed. You pressed a button to dispense. It seemed as if it were some powder that was mixed with hot water. They were allegedly booked up, so I wasn’t able to get a new room. One of the people who wanted their own bed got another room. 50 dollar cheaper than our cheapest, and it was the room we were supposed to get (fold out couch!). I will never stay here or their sister hotels again without some aggressive compensation.

A simple yet comfortable road side hotel in Kenosha .

Overall decent hotel. Breakfast was not amazing, but matched expectations. Parking lot was pretty small.

Wonderful customer service, they helped us out of a jam & I really appreciate it.

The room was suite. It was more than we expected. Room was very clean & hotel staff was very friendly.

We were comfortable in our room. It was clean and quiet. It’s in a good general location.
