Three front desk associates I spoke to on 07/25 @ 3:50pm phone, 07/26 @ 2:00pm phone, & 07/26 @ ~3:30pm & 4:00pm front desk.
Close seconds were the stale, old spice after shave drenched extra blanket in the closet that left the pull out couch without blanket and the room’s wet and musty air.

I got dinner from the restaurant in the hotel. It was very good. I highly recommend the sweet potato cheesecake! The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The location felt safe and parking was more than adequate to accommodate my Uhaul. Overall, it was a really great place to stay.
Nothing really. There were quite a lot of kiddos running around, but that is to be expected during the summer months especially. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall, everything was okay.
The WIFI never worked. For some reason my name Dwayne Chaney, Sr., was entered before as my last name being "Sr.", THIS IS RIDICULOUS! ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT THE HOTEL INDUSTRY HAS NEVER HEARD OF "JR'S" AND "SR'S BEING USED ON PEOPLES NAMES. C'MON, NOW! GIVE ME A BREAK. That's just silly!

We love the hotel it's our day and my kids love their breakfast. Staff is always helpful and accommodating. The pool and warm cookies are a plus!!

Called for towels to be brought up, waited almost 20 minutes, no one ever came, and ended up having to go down and get them myself.

the person at the desk was rude and gave me a hard time about using booking.com even though the room was paid for. I was uncomfortable because of it.

I thought that the hotel was very nice and clean and everything seemed new.
I was in Room 412 and the fan that was separate from the air conditioner squealed nonstop. It obviously needs to be repaired. I eventually figured out how to shut it off since it was separate from the thermostat on the wall.
