Excellent help from the staff. Starting at the check-in to the breakfast to the staff cleaning. One of the best stays we have had and it was the lowest price per night of any of our stays this year from savanna to tibee to branson and fort collins

After having to escape an unsanitary AIRB&B, I knew I could count on Best Western for comfort and cleanliness. The hotel had great amenities like breakfast, pool, and a hot tub. The room was comfortable, quiet, and CLEAN! The window had a crack in it but that didn’t seem to impact noise reduction from the highway. I swear by a Best Western, never had a bad experience including my stay at this one.

Nice stay. The hotel is nice, clean and staff was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was abundant and great! Everything was wonderful. The only negative thing I would say is that while sitting in the hot tub I could see out back someone digging through the ashtray looking for cigarette butts. Slightly sketchy in the back but the front was well lit.

My husband and I were quite pleased with the cleanliness of the room as well as the friendliness of the staff! Parking was easy, rooms were quiet and fresh linens were provided daily. We also enjoyed that fact that we had dining options within walking distance.

The room smelled like smoke and moldy. The bathroom sink was flooded. The room didn’t feel clean and the towels were left under the sick so they didn’t feel clean for me.

I did not bring a pet with me when I checked in but the gentleman who checked in before me had a cat and the hotel owner told him cats were not allowed even though it says pet friendly! Nowhere on Expedia does it say that cats aren’t welcome. That was really crappy.

I was disappointed overall, the hotel was nice enough but was advertised as scenic. I paid extra picking this hotel and it did not impress. Very scenic view of the took and neighboring hotels (multiple) also I booked a king bed but was given Queens instead which was a bit of a let down. The are alot of great choices for what I paid, the rooms here should be priced for less.

My husband and I are in our 70s and live in northern Wyoming. We have elderly family in southern New Mexico. We have stayed here many times because the staff is friendly, helpful and kind, the rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a good place to walk our dog, and it is easy access off Interstate 25. We wish all of our motel experiences had been as good as our experiences here!
