Wonderful staff at the front desk and breakfast! Bed a little hard for us but better than most - new pillow top. Refurbished room - very clean - obvious they are working on them all. Relatively quiet except for a quest’s dog.

Nice place. Breakfast was good but no decaf coffee and eggs were a little rubbery. Couldn’t change the channel in the fitness room. This was frustrating. Very nice staff

I would have to say that it was fine for the price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great with lots of choices in a nice eating room. The facility overall seemed a little tired. The room was clean but warn. There were a couple of scuff marks on the wallpaper. The furniture had some scratches. There was a loose floor tile in the bathroom. The wallpaper at the ceiling in the shower was stained and peeling from humidity. The only outlet available for a phone charger was so warn the tiny charger kept falling out. The outside area was quite busy with traffic and could be heard inside the room. In other words I didn't think the room was very well soundproofed.

All of the staff are very friendly especially my front desk ladies who knows how to put a smile on my face. The young man that works over night with the dreds is very attentive to everything i ask for. Someyimes i can be needy when im half asleep craving something from the vending machine. The rooms are always very clean and smell sanitary. Un fortunately slobs have runied the privilege of taking food back from breakfast but if the staff knows you are a good tenate theyll let it fly. Other than it being a little pricy at times. I have no complaints. I appreciate all of youř

Older hotel, but they do their best. Staff is cheery! No shampoo in room, very thin walls. Big signs everywhere not to take food out of breakfast room but we watched plates go out. Good inexpensive pass through with a good bed.

It was loud and you can hear everyone yelling and running up and down the hallway

The toilet wouldn't fill up unless I wiggled the handle in between flushing, I couldn't get the coffee maker to work. I finally unplugged the hairdryer and used that plug and it worked. Someone's old coffee pod was still in coffee maker from last guest. The bed was fine as was the rest of room. Breakfast was so so. Worst scrambled eggs I've ever had.

Family of 3. It was a good stay. The building is a bit old and you can hear people walking above and you can hear the water pipes whenever people are using water or flushing toilets. In general a good stay. The staff were lovely.

The rooms were nice and the beds are comfy. They offer good amenities. It’s just loud since it’s near a freeway exit and a gas station.

Location: 2 hours frim olympic national park and 1.5 hours from mount rainier national park.
Port orchard also has some ferries and theoretically you could take 2 ferries and end up in seattle.
Staff: friendly and helpful

Free parking, free wifi and free breakfast.
Breakfast: Continental style (scrambled eggs, hash brown, sausages, waffle, bread, cereal, yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, some fruits).
Room: old, but clean. The sink had some issues in draining water and toilet flush was also kindda finicky. Room was very quiet and we had a great sleep, so we were happy.
Amenities: hot tub, free massage chairs, free ice machine and filtered water machine.
Overall: great value for money. Would recomment it.

Very nice facility. The room was great and the breakfast had a lot of variety and plenty of places to sit. There was a girl there that kept everything clean and replenished.

We stayed three nights and not once did somebody come and make up our beds. The first day that I would’ve expected our beds to be made up and the room to be tidied all that was done was they left a folded fresh towel and a washcloth. I have never run out of toilet paper in a hotel and we ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk and get another roll. I’ve just never stayed in a hotel where they didn’t once make your bed!

Stayed two nights. They didn’t clean the room in between nights. Breakfast was too sketchy to eat. Staff were friendly but aloof. Hotel is kinda grimy.
