The front desk staff were so lovely from the minute we arrived to the morning we left.
The space was lovely and a good size for 2.

Overall, our stay was good. Had trouble sleeping because if anyone went to the bathroom during the night, the light & fan was on the same switch. So when it was on, it was like a freight train going through the room. Also the refrigerator in the room made noises all night. It was Just hard to get a good nights sleep because of the noises.

Was definitely disappointed with the condition of the hotel. All Comfort hotels that I've stayed at are much better than this one. Don't recommend unless no other choice.

Hotel was located right on the bay. It had a walking path around the property, which was nice! It was along the water
& we had water in the bay at night & woke up with no water
in the A.M. because the tide went out. Pretty cool, have
never had the experience of the tide like that.

After we checked in, we went to the room to make sure everything was in order. After returning later from work, we found someone else in our room! None of our keys worked anymore. They then moved us to a new room. Went to go get our bags and the keys wouldn’t work again so new set of keys! Doesn’t stop there. In the morning we went to check out the breakfast and when returning to the room, the keys wouldn’t work again. After everything that happened, management didn’t offer anything in return for our troubles.

The property is horrible, not only old but dirty. We were suppose to stay 2 night and left just after one and dont care if i had to pay for a different place. There was blood on carpet, what looks like sperm on the wall, batroom door would not close because the toilet was in the way, disgusting toilet and access to the room from the road. Place is awful.

For such a great price, I was worried this place would be a dump. But it was super clean, super friendly staff, the wifi was good, the breakfast was a nice touch, and holy moley, what a great view of the bay and the twinkling lights on the water at night. It's also deceptively convenient: you are 10-20 minutes from ferries to Seattle & West Seattle/Vashon Island, and you're 30 minutes from Tacoma. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The view is amazing. Puget sound best view in Port orchard. Staff super helpful friendly and accommodating. Room needed some work, however they are working hard to improve. Housekeeping staff also spectacular. Would stay again anytime 😊

Property was ok. Walls very hallow so you can hear heavy walkers if you are below them or banging on the walls. Dryer was broken we could not was since we couldn't drive. Had to go to a laundromat.

I told 2 different people at the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. I wouldn’t feel so bad if we hadn’t paid so much ($500. for 3 days)

Great location on water and on walking trail to downtown.
Very clean rooms. Poor WiFi service. Management said they are working on it. As a senior I felt the shower did not have a proper guardrail . To small and to low. i felt unsafe while using the shower.

Restaurant not available. No permit. Paid for breakfast included. No queen beds only doubles. Old run down and cost 170. Nite

We were promised a room with a king size bed, but were given a room with two (small) double beds. The room had a faint oder of smoke. We left and went to another hotel. Only thing good about this hotel is the view.
