Mukesh and entire staff at this location were very friendly and supportive. Very good hot breakfast. Ample parking.

Great clean area. We brought our dog, and since we were on the first floor, we loved having the back patio for our use. Also had a nice green dog area! Unfortunate that other travelers don't pick up after their dogs there though. Also, great breakfast!

Not only did desk staff not speak English (or pretended not to), the guy was rude and surly.
On the other hand, the breakfast staff were kind and very helpful.

Great customer service, the rooms were clean. We stayed on the first floor and it has a sliding door were you can park your car on the back, very easy to load and unload.

The room needs better air circulation. Living room had no ventilation and was very HOT. Pool towels were old, thin and not much bigger than a hand towel. Large area with tables in gated pool area but you couldn’t bring food or beverages in. The main lobby was very hot and uncomfortable to eat breakfast in.

Great location to antelope canyon. Very spacious and clean room. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed free breakfast in the morning. Great value! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

The facility is nice. However, there were hairs in the bathtub.
Also, a bigger concern is I was charged twice for a pet fee ($25.00 x 2) for one pet. I stopped at the desk the next morning to see if one charge could be removed but my online app does not show a credit yet. Hopefully it will show up soon.

We were not able to sleep because of the noise in the room above us. We are an older couple and the person checking us in should have realized the room they put us in would be very loud. It also would be helpful if the person at the desk would know something about the area., time differences, directions, etc.

No ice. No decaf in the rooms. Are remodeling the lobby. Room had good furniture. Lighting in bathroom: 3 out of four bulbs out. Swimming pool and hot tub not available. I might shop around for better rates next time, but the stay was pleasant.

Front desk staff at check-in was doing a great job. Attended to our needs that were missing in the room when we arrived. I thought the service was nice but on the first morning of our stay, breakfast option was only scrambled egg and potatoes. No meat was served. The carpet needs to be updated. It looks dirty and showing a lot of age.

We booked the suite for our family and they all agreed it was the best room for our vacation with extra beds and lots of space. The breakfast had lots of options and it was very close to Horseshoe Bend and Glen Canyon Dam lookout.
