It was a very nice hotel quiet and had a basket ball court grill nice outside area and amazing breakfast they do charge $100 deposit though which it doesn't say online

Staff was friendly but the hotel could use some maintenance. I attached pictures of our broken drain in bathroom, busted door and missing safety latch. We’ve stayed at Staybridge’s before and they’ve been nice so hopefully this one’s takes care of some of the broken items. Breakfast was nice.

I am SUPER disappointed and believe this hotel is not worth the cost. This hotel was not as up to the standards they described and it was so bad, I will also be writing to Staybridge Suites Corporate to report this owner.
This Staybridge Hotel had so many issues.
#1-The king bedroom main room and bathroom light switches didn’t work.
#2-The thermometer could not be changed and stayed at 67 degrees our entire stay (which was only two days as we left due to the poor condition of the room).
#3-There were very ‘out of place’ hangers in the wall that looked like they could have had cameras in them. We placed towels over those hangers. I have pictures and sent to management of the hotel and they never responded to my concerns. I never even got a sorry for any of the issues.
#4-The roof had a leak and had not been repaired. The painting on the walls was coming off. I have pictures.
#5-We expected a happy hour setup with light snacks as we usually have seen at other Staybridge Hotels we have stayed at and this Staybridge said they only do that on Monday night -Wednesdays. Very disappointed.
#6-The rooms were loud. We heard the air conditioner pop all night on and off (probably something to do with the thermometer not working if I had to guess) and we heard cars outside all night as well.
#7-No privacy between room as they removed the insulation to save money. Horrible!
Overall, I horrible hotel and I will never, ever stay or recommend to anyone to stay here again!

Overall, room was great and it was a pleasant stay. The couch in the room had a cover that didn't quite fit anymore and there was no in-room coffee, but it was easy enough to go downstairs for the coffee there. Gym was nice and well maintained. Did not have a chance to use the pool, but it looked like it was very well maintained. Would make this my preferred site for any return trips.

Did not have room that we reserved available . Shortage of towels each day . These are family suites and they would put 2 towels in each room. You had to constantly ask for towels. No hand towel rack to hang a towel to hang a towel to dry your hands . Breakfast was not good. Always low stock on food items . No bedding the room for pull out sofa . Nobody was ever at front desk in the morning or early afternoon.

First rooms the gave us were still dirty. Gentleman at the front desk at nights was rude and stated he didn’t even know he if he had rooms for us since we booked through Hotels.com. The rooms they moved us to were ok but not clean. No plug for the bathtub, had to use a washcloth, splatter up the bathroom wall and the air would not cool the room lower than 75. And the stove top was broken and dangerous.

We were dropping off our fifth wheel for repair and knew this would be a good location as there is ample parking on the side.
In addition, the room and bed were fabulous and the breakfast was the best we’ve had at any hotel.

It was pretty good. Juice machine was broken, basketball hoop backboard missing, and unable to use mini golf advertised on website. Overall pretty good.

We arrived to check in after driving 13 hours to find out OUR ROOM WS NOT READY??? It’s almost 10PM!!! We had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be cleaned.
The rooms are noisy and you hear everything thing around you.
The refrigerator did not work so my cooler pack was warm when we got ready to leave and pack up.
This is a 1 star motel.

This was a great spot to stay while in town for a swim meet. The hotel is clean - even the stairwells. Quiet stay. Front desk guy (I think Roberto?) was great. Breakfast guy was super friendly and did his job well. Breakfast had wide variety of options. Multiple entrances so that no matter where you park you're quick to a door. Nice center court area for recreation and leisure. The ONLY complaint would be that we could smell cigarette smoke coming through our bathroom vent at times and the floor of the tub was really slick. Seemed like they possibly have long-term guests living there.

I was in town for the night and stayed at this hotel. Clean facility and rooms, stocked kitchen and sofa inside. Upon my arrival they were having “dinner” and was serving free chicken wings, fries and beer and wine. This was a nice surprise. Good hotel, will stay again when I’m in the area.

All staff exceptionally friendly. At the one happy hour we attended, they served a homemade soup that was delicious. Breakfast was good, the omelettes better than the scrambled eggs with potatoes. Plenty of other choices. Very clean.

While it was a nice hotel, the room was smaller than expected and we had to go down to the front desk for extra sheets for the pullout couch. We picked this hotel to stay with extended family and traveled 3 hours to be able to swim. It wasn’t until we got to the hotel that we were let known the pool was closed. I wish it would have been noted on the website when we booked that the pool wasn’t available as this was a main point to our stay.

We stayed overnight on a longer trip back across the country. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, so many choices and very plentiful. The pool was a bit disappointing, it was not really heated and the room it was in was very cold. The fitness center was nice to have, had some machines and a weight rack.

Our stay at Staybridge was excellent. Each member of the staff was friendly and personable. Our room was in great order and clean. It was a great accommodation for our 5 day/4 night stay.
Only complaint, but one which will make us think about before we stay again: there is a smoking post immediately to the left of the front doors of the hotel and under the overhang. Several folks used this area to smoke so entering and exiting the hotel was unpleasant and unhealthy due to smoke and smoking odors at the front doors. Was really surprised that any business would allow smoking by the front doors - even though it was outside.

Every staff member I encountered during our stay was extremely friendly and willing to serve. The breakfast was spectacular with so many options and the suites were roomy, well stocked, and very clean. The only thing that could be improved was the temperature of the pool-- it was very cold. Overall FANTASTIC experience and we will visit again.

hotel is run down. holes in doors, tile missing, mattress hard-no pillow topper. floor was dirty. asked for a fan-no fans. windows don't open. air conditioner was luke warm/cold.

Weve stayed at numerous Staybridge Hotels and this one was by far NOT the most pleasant. The 1st room was so overpowered with floral spray or some sort of air freshner it was intoxicating. There was some sort of reddish brown stain /drops on the carpet near the restroom . When we went to the desk to switch rooms the gentlemen were very nice which is why i gave the higher star rating but we learned they allow pets to stay at the hotel which is beyond disturbing. Then our first breakfast experience included 2 random bums from outside that decided to help themselves to free breakfast, heat, and free tv. When we went to the desk to ask about them we were told "yeah they come in everyday". The one female bum was loading her pockets and bags up with all the food. Not quite sure why they would be allowed to make paying customers feel so uncomfortable and nothi g be done about it. Probably will not stay here again.

Lots of damage in the rooms when we checked in, worst of all being no safety lock on the door so anyone with a key to the door could come in at any point, and especially bad is that our four year old could open the door so I had trouble sleeping worried that she'd mistake the door and leave the room in the middle of the night. Was told that someone would fix it before we left but that never happened.

Property was great. Staff was especially helpful since expedia booked us a room that didn't match the pictures on the site. Expedia was hard to get customer support. The staff, especially Aaron, upgraded us and he and the other staff were very attentive to our plight and our needs. I will consider Staybridge on more of my trips, but I will never use expedia again.
