It is not what i expected. The room is dusty and smells the hall way is dirty need a better clean and furniture is old and my husband got bitten by bug bed. When you walk back to the room you can smell someone smoking Pot I only stay for 3 hours and move to a different hotel. Its not worth the price.

Bed was fairly comfortable. Bath not as clean as should have been. Walls need to be cleaned or painted. Stained very badly. Making one wonder what was smeared on them.

Just didn’t like the cleanliness of the property the guy that checked me in was pretty cool he even gave me a number for taxi service though I didn’t use it the lady overnight at the front desk was pretty helpful too

Huge mistake. Though the front desk staff was nice and as helpful as possible, that did not make up for the condition of the room. ROACHES! Dirty was an understatement. There were small rubberbands all over the room. There was garbage and filth on the floor. I had 1 towel, no pillow cases. Though when I addressed it to the staff the corrected it right away, it didnt matter. There was no way I was sleeping in that bed or taking a shower in that place. That tub was NASTY! I was afraid of bed bugs. I was afraid to leave anything valuabe in that room. I didnt stay there. It was one of the worst. I hate to give the room such a poor review because the staff was really nice. But yuck!

The management is not on the same page. They don't communicate with eAch other to advise on customer service requests

Had to change one of the 4 rooms due to mold, hair, dirt everwhere. They moved us to a new room and got bitten by bed bugs! Never again.

Me and my wife both couldn't work Thursday or Friday due to the wife not working which didn't work the entire 3 days we were there. Very disappointing. I asked about it and was told it was due to the storm.

When I checked into the property they tried to keep my double booking, The next day their house keepers stole one of my tablets. They call a police officer to warn me about my right to record in a one party consent state, the cancelled my booking for 8 days from July 24 2024 until August 1, which was paid in full because I filed a police report on them for stolen property, the manager never spoke to me about the stolen property, their staff and fellow allied customers were stalking and harassing me in an attempt to get me to display hostile behavior so they could have a reason to kick me off the property. I am a black totally disabled veteran and their service was horrible. They had hidden cameras in my room, they constantly turned off wifi, they had their allies use cellphones to interfercept my wifi. Extremely horrible

it was a pleasant stay. my check in was quick. i love how you need the keycard to get into the building on the 2nd floor. was a very quiet area. however my covers/pillows smelled a little funny and one spot had a hole in it like someone burned it on accident but nothing like a good ole spray on of lysol to make me feel better. other than that it wasn’t no problems i enjoyed my stay will book again in the future.

Warning to other parents with littles- this property did NOT have free infant beds/cribs available as stated on the listing. Although the staff we encountered was very friendly and kind, the room was very rundown and dirty. There were numerous stains on the blankets, sheets, towels, and walls and several beer bottle caps on the floor. There were flies all over the room and piles of dirt in the corners. The bathtub faucet was leaking/running the entire visit. There was no extra lock on the door and there were questionable individuals walking past our door at all hours of the night. I thought it would be okay based on the positive reviews, but we will not be staying again!!

The trip was more of spur of the moment deal. I didn't expect much. Although I was a bit weirded out by the mirror after my shower. The steam presented a perfectly squared window in my mirror. Showing mid level of my body. I'm decent height, but in retrospect. It showed the bottom of my neck down to my waist. No sure what to think of it. I was a bit frightened by that.

A complete dump!! Rude reception, room reeked of cigarettes!! Room next door up all night partying!!! I’ll never stay there again!!!

Nice staff clean room great value. However we weren’t too happy with the window covering. Nearly impossible to get privacy! Artsy roller shade might be great for a dining room window but not a bedroom!

Staff were great. My first room the loo stopped working and they changed my room straight away.

The hotel was disgusting. There were bugs in the tub and on the floor, especially at night. The sheets were dirty. I looked at the toilet and there Was brown rust and dirt at the bottom when I got to the counter, they made me pay $100 for incidentals I never wanna stay here again.

The gentleman at front desk who checked us in was very kind and attentive. The hotel grounds are just fine. Located behind a gas station and a Waffle House. The room itself looked to have been updated a few months ago but is showing signs of wear and tear. The floors and the bathroom were not cleaned well. The refrigerator was dirty from previous guests. However, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. This location served our needs as a place to stay for a night while traveling back home on a road trip. I wouldn’t recommend this location for a family especially one with little kids but perhaps for a couple or a solo traveler.
